I trained myself using mood rings - I eventually got it so I could reliably turn a mood ring on my hand pretty much any color I wanted, which would have been a fun party trick except for the fact that the sort of person who trains themselves to control mood rings as a child is also not the sort of person who often gets invited to parties.
