I've never seen one happen, personally, but I think that's because they so rarely emerge from their ranges. Monsters, especially elder dragons, will only resort to actually exchanging blows when times are desperate. Most times, they posture at each other and eventually one will back down to avoid grievous injury or worse.

Folks like to forget that fighting is the last thing a monster wants to do and will literally only do once its life is on the line. A scream, an initial swipe or charge - and they tend to be done.

There's also a massive difference in Altitude between species.

As you can see; Valstrax is an outlier in that it's an Elder Dragon with legs capable of ambulation on the ground whilst capable of terrific heights. All bird wyverns, flying wyverns and elder dragons must return to the ground at some point. Most Elder Dragons notably cannot fly to the same soaring heights as Amatsu, Ibushi and Narwa due to their weight distribution and biological limitations. Muscles for flight also weigh the flyer down; it's why creatures like Ibushi, Narwa and Amatsu are built with notably less musculature and more buoyancy in mind.

That said; Ibushi, Narwa and Amatsu are no exception to the rule that all things that go up must come down, as the former require returning to terra firma in order to copulate and reproduce; and the latter to rest before its next long voyage. (Amatsu actually raise their offspring much like a Lagiacrus - carrying them upon their backs shortly after a rather terrifying freefall birth. Another reason why their numbers are so low.)

For an Amatsu to come into contact with Ibushi or Narwa it would have to either fly upward to their altitude and possibly fall prey to such a larger creature; or wait until Ibushi or Narwa are descending - and they are randy and angry.

I think given the circumstances; an Amatsu would rather avoid confrontation with a horny Ibushi or Narwa that's nearly three times its size.
