shifting is not a labour camp. you are not laying bricks. you are not a victorian chimney sweep, coughing up soot and hoping the foreman doesn’t notice you pausing for breath. shifting is supposed to be effortless.

　　　　here’s how to become one.

　ʚ stop trying so hard. seriously. shifting is not an algebra equation that needs solving. the more you obsess, the more you reinforce the idea that shifting is difficult, that it requires strain. it doesn’t. it’s like falling asleep. easy, natural, inevitable. you don’t need to ‘do’ shifting. you just allow it.

start ditching the obsession with techniques. they are tools, not commandments. if a method feels like a second job, drop it. some people shift while blinking. others shift mid-sneeze. some wake up shifted. some never have to think about it at all. you’re allowed to be one of those people. shifting doesn’t reward effort, it rewards ease.

people who shift aren’t ‘lucky.’ they just decide they’ve already won. embrace the delusion. belief isn’t something you prove; it’s something you wear like an expensive coat. you don’t need external validation. your reality is dictated by you, not by polls or peer reviews.

stop tensing up in bed like you’re about to undergo surgery. roll over like you’ve just been fed grapes by hand and have never known stress. get comfortable. let go. do you think nero worried about his shifting technique? no. he just made a decree and the world bent to him. you are your own emperor. decree your reality.

shifting doesn’t need to feel like a cosmic event. no need for vibrating, levitating, the heavens parting. sometimes it’s quiet. lose the expectation of ‘fireworks.’  sometimes it’s like slipping into warm water, seamless and smooth. don’t wait for ‘proof’. just shift.

stop acting like reality is a prison cell. you are not ‘trapped’. you are not ‘stuck’. you’re just sitting in one room when you could walk into another. no chains, no locks, just a door.

manifesting is not an unpaid internship. you are not earning it through blood, sweat, and desperate scripting at 3 a.m. manifesting is a birthright. a casual shrug. a ‘wouldn’t it be funny if. oh, look, it happened.’ you are not grinding for your desires.

　　　so let’s talk about getting everything you want.

　⭑ in its core, manifesting is just deciding. it is not a scavenger hunt. it is not an exam. it is not a ‘what if’. it is a ‘this is.’ people who get what they want simply assume it’s already theirs. they don’t waver. they don’t worry. they don’t ‘hope,’ they know.

stop micromanaging the how. do you manually control your heartbeat? do you stress over each individual breath? no? then stop hovering over your manifestations like an anxious project manager. you want it. it’s done. the ‘how’ isn’t your problem. the universe has already sorted the logistics.

start being delusional. your current reality is just a collection of past assumptions. want a new reality? adopt new assumptions. pretend you already have what you want. no, really. stop analysing. just be the version of you who has it. the world will catch up.

if you’re ‘waiting’ for your manifestation, you’re reinforcing that it isn’t here yet. and if you’re reinforcing lack, you’re just extending it. let go of ‘waiting.' live like it’s already yours. because it is.

the universe is not a vending machine you need to shake. detach. you don’t ‘make’ things happen. you request them, step back, and trust they’re coming. you ever seen a billionaire refresh their bank balance anxiously? no. they just know the money is there. treat your manifestations the same way.

you are already doing it. every single thing in your life right now, you manifested it. consciously or not. so you might as well start doing it on purpose.

You are manifesting right now. It’s not just when you pick up a pen to script or try to visualize or even speak things into existence. It’s when you recognize who you are and then knowing that everything else you “do” works. Recognize you are the technique you are trying so hard to implement. Just exist and you’ll get what you want. Why? Because you are all that is and that is all that matters. All that is forms physical matter. Feeling like you need to crave out “time” to dedicate trying getting to a “place of knowing” is ridiculous because you either know you do have it or you know you don’t. Time isn’t real so stop listening to people who tell you that you need to use “time” as a tool to receive what you want.

Whether you spend five seconds or five months reminding yourself of who you are, it doesn’t matter because everything is now. Be lazy. Be nonchalant about manifesting. Get to the point where you almost forget to affirm all together because guess what?? You already have what you want anyways. Don’t sit here and make it something you have to be thinking about all “day” long when it’s already done. Why would you set a timer for an hour to remind yourself you have something when you already had it at the beginning of the hour? Now is all there is. You either know you who are as you read this now or you don’t and that is all it takes to “recieve” everything.

What effort are you gonna put in today that is going to ensure you have what you want? How many techniques away are you from your “dream life” becoming your everyday life? How long is it gonna take for you to finally get that thing??? It takes the same amount of “time” as you reading this f*cking sentence. Oh, so no “time” at all? Yes no “time” at all because there is no time at all. The now that you were in when you started reading this post and the “now” that “will” exist when you finish reading is the same. It’s your perspective of it that changes your world. I hope it’s sinking in now.

Understand that the physical/ego does not exist and finally be free.

Sometimes we worry too much about trying to get rid of the ego, about ignoring the physical (or 3D, if you prefer), we try to reflect for hours about the physical, seeking to finally detach ourselves from it...But if you know that never existed, then what exactly are you trying to get rid of? There's no one, there's nothing, so what are you trying to let go of?

There is no ego, no physical form, there is no human being, there is no human experience. Stop worrying about not being, about ceasing to identify with the ego, about ceasing to identify with the physical, like... you're already none of that! Sometimes we worry too much about "destabilizing" the physical world so that something finally works, but who notices this lack? There is no lack, no one notices this lack, the lack is an illusion.

People struggle to manifest their dream appearances, but why would that be difficult? You don't have a body, you ASSUMED to have a body (you = consciousness), so why would you have difficulty assume a "new" body?

Some people think they can't manifest S/P, but if there isn't another person separate from you, nothing exists outside of consciousness, and you have ACCEPTED the existence of that person, then why would it be difficult to manifest them?

Some people struggle to shift, but shifting itself doesn't exist (since shifting is a name we give to something as natural as breathing, but people treat it as something abnormal), if reality itself doesn't exist, if the ego doesn't exist, and it's all a matter of changing your focus... then why do you think you would have difficulty?

Some believe that consciousness is not in everything, but rather within the body, but that doesn't make sense, The body doesn't exist, so how can consciousness reside within this illusory body? The human being don't exist, so how can anything reside within them?

The ego is a creation of the mind, and the mind does not exist; the mind is not a real entity. The mind itself is the name we give to a collection of thoughts, and thoughts are not real, thoughts are not fixed, So, therefore >> It doesn't exist, it can't affect me.

Think of a lucid dream; it occurs when you realize it's not real, and then you can control it however you want. And it's not something you have a huge process to "awaken" to in the dream, you simply perceive it, and from there you control everything without limits. Why do you think it would be different with "this reality"? Since nothing changes from the dream to the physical reality, after all, the basis and the creator are the same: the consciousness.

Hey there! Trust I've been in the SAME predicament! I was just talking to myself earlier today how there's nothing left to "do."

Mhm you may not like what I have to say but all I can say is that you just persist. You sound like you know what you're talking about. You are pure awareness. You do shift all the time. You are in your dr and so on and so forth. Right now I can tell you to stop worrying about your surroundings.

And yes yes I know that's hard! Because you want to perceive your dr, but your senses are just...senses. Biological programs made for you to process information. You already know who YOU are, the awareness that lies beneath it all. Your eyes are simply eyes, they can't do anything but see. This reality isn't objective. Who says you're not in your dr? What is seeing?

Now this is where the persisting comes in. Not persisting to get but persisting in being. You are someone who shifts. Hell you're the shift itself. Take that as your identity. Try not to worry about the "external" I'm not saying go ignore the physical but view it as neutral.

You're perceiving this reality....so what? That doesn't mean anything. You're still pure awareness. That's never gonna change. All I can say now is stand firm in your identity. I think these "issues" arise because of the ego. Your brain is a simple and limited organ it tricks you into thinking that its bigger than the program.

You've been taught your entire life that this reality around you is all that there is. You're born you live, then you die. So your brain took that as a truth. Now you're presenting it with conflicting information, the brain is now experience cognitive dissonance. It doesn't know how to process this new information so it's rejecting it.

You tell yourself "I'm in my Dr, I've shifted." Your brain is saying "unt unt no you didn't I still see this reality"

So it's like a constant battle (dualistically) you got your brain vs you. Ego vs self.

But let me tell you something it's not a battle. The ego isn't your enemy. The ego does only what it knows, and that's neutral. There's no inherent meaning to that. You don't have to spend your entire day going back and forth with the ego. You see, the ego's existence is now being threatened. You cracked the illusion, and you know that there's no separation, so now your ego is fighting to stay alive.

The brain is gonna think, your eyes are gonna see, your ears are gonna hear yet those are not you. You don't have to identify with these things.

The only thing I can say now is stay firm in your identity. I know you experience frustration and impatience (because I do too honestly) but you have to ask yourself. WHO is experiencing these things?

You are limitless, you are boundless, you are everything yet you are nothing, you are void. This is YOU. The brahman appearing as the atman. The entire ocean appearing as a wave, the Clay appearing as pots.

I explain these with as little padding as possible for neurodivergent shifters who have troubles reading entire essays about shifting.

I know it's incredibly difficult for many people to wrap their head around the reality of what that really means. I mean, hearing that you shift all the time is one thing, but truly understanding it is something else.

In the past, many people used to talk about how you shift with every decision. And while this is true, it is much, much bigger than that.

I've seen people describe it as a flipbook. It plays in a fluid animation, showing you a story in one smooth scene. But every single part of this scene, even the moments where nothing happens, they're all separate drawings.

That's how you can imagine reality! Yes, your choices make you shift. But even just existing in general means that you're shifting. You can take rushing through the multiverse very, very literal. Something happening on the other side of the world is still a change in your reality which equals a shift.

This is also why it's nonsense to be afraid of people changing or not being the same. Your entire existence you've been shifting, but the people you love will always be just that; the people you love. You're not meant to notice every shift, you're not meant to overthink it. But that doesn't mean they don't happen.

And when you know that, you can really start looking at some of the changes you do notice! Because the best part of it all? Your beliefs, your mindset, your comforts, they all affect your reality! If you pay attention you can see reality move with you, like the sea on a shore. Things you like will become prominent in your life, things you don't might disappear. You attract people, food, things you love. The more you open yourself up for it, the easier it becomes to manifest!

It was never a question of whether you're able to shift or not. You have been doing this for far longer than you even know. You just have to believe it, little sprout💚

you shifted to every dr you scripted, you shifted every time you had a self insert daydream about your favourite shows, you shifted every time you fell asleep to a guided meditation. you shifted every time you counted to 100 before falling asleep, you shifted every time you fantasized about your s/o, you shifted every time you saved a pin on your shifting pinterest board, you actually woke up ecstatic instead of disappointed every day. you shifted every time you had an affirmation session. you shifted every time you read a 10000 word shifting post on tumblr. you shifted every time you realised you were in a dream and tried to affirm that you are in your dr. you shifted every time you saw a youtuber say shifting is fake and every time you read an anti shifters tiktok comment.

rewrite your shifting journey. you are not someone who has never shifted ever in their life. you are not someone who researched shifting and wrote scripts for over 2 years but never actually shifted. you can actually post shifting storytimes and dr introductions and answer asks, and write long posts about loa and shifting and you can post success stories because they are fully true.

non dualism and shifting 

non dualism states that you are consciousness. you are not this human body, the mind, your thoughts but are only ever consciousness. everything else that exists is also consciousness because nothing can exist without you becoming conscious of it. there is no separation but oneness (consciousness/pure awareness).

understand that consciousness is the true reality. 

everything outside of consciousness is unreal and temporary. ex. a second ago you were not aware of your hand holding your phone but now that you’ve been reminded of this, you’re now aware of it. see how before when you were not conscious of this it simply didn’t exist? that’s because it did not which is what makes it temporary and unreal. 

→ your ego (thoughts, beliefs, the mind, your name, the body etc. ) is also not real as they can come and go. you will always be consciousness, that’s it. 

labels ex. ‘phone’ ‘hair’ ‘bed’ make it seem like things are separate from us but they are not. they are all forms of consciousness with a pretty name added on-top. if you strip them of said labels, it’s just consciousness. 

time isn’t real. when you imagine something it’s instant. when you imagine the past, present and future it happens in the now. there is no ‘delay’ (i will make a post dedicated to this only)

non dualism isn’t a ‘method’ or ‘technique’. it’s a lifestyle which you have always lived but may have not been aware of yet. 

reality shifting is you(awareness) becoming aware of another reality to shift to. simply decide that you are there. 

you don’t need physical proof to ‘fully believe’ that you are there. remember, you are consciousness which means you are the source. as the source → you create forms of consciousness. so if i imagine a cake it’s no less real than one in the physical world. 

without the source (consciousness), how would other forms of consciousness exist?

awareness is proof, not the physical world. if i tell you to become aware of your chair your awareness drifts to the chair. sure, you may have pointed at it but your ‘knowingness’ of said chair was THE CONCRETE PROOF before you looked at it. 

awareness is simply reflecting what you declare as true. what is true will always bloom. (corny ik)

you(awareness) decide that you have shifted → treating the choice as proof rather than what you see → will be interpreted as reality. 

once you decide that you are in your desired reality there’s nothing else to do. creation is finished. you don’t need to affirm 5 billion times (you can if you want) but why would i need to affirm when i know its already completed? 

SO FOR CONTEXT I'M MOVING OUT OF MY UNI TOWN TO GO BACK HOME. I HAVE A 13 HOURS BUS RIDE THIS AFTERNOON.

AND YK WHAT HAPPENED EARLIER? MY SUITCASE BROKE. THE ZIPPERS WON'T CLOSE. LIKE, I'D TUG ON THE ZIPPER'S CLOSER THING AND IT'D LEAVE AN OPENED ZIPPER BEHIND??? LIKE IT'S MISALIGNED OR SOMETHING??? MIND YOU. THIS SHIT IS BRAND NEW.

So anyways. I got really frustrated. I tried to fix it for half an hour and I got deperate.

You know what I do whenever I'm desperate? I manifest.

THIS SOUNDS SO SILLY BUT😭 I remember the blinking method that I saw yesterday. Basically you have to assume that you shift every time you blink, and you keep blinking until your 3d changes and your wish had fulfilled. Someone said their homework got done by its own by doing that method. SO I TRIED IT.

Y'all I kid you not I felt insane doing this. So I pulled my suitcase closer to me, held it with my hands, and I started blinking as I stare at the broken zipper. I kept imagining 'whoosh' sounds every time I blink / shift. I fully believed that I shifted at every blink. I swear parts of my zippers moved every single time. So after like, the 25th blink, I went, "ok, I think it's done. I'm here."

MY HEART WAS BEATING SO FAST YALL. I TUGGED ON THE ZIPPER SLOWLY LIKE I ALWAYS DID EARLIER. AND IT WORKED. IT'S NOT BROKEN. AT ALL. BRO.

I don't know how this works. Am I really in an alternate cr? Because my texts where I had just texted my auntie and my mom are still there—me panicking because my suitcase was broken.

One thing I know for sure though, I manifested it. I swear it was like a flow state. I just snapped in the moment and assumed that the blinking method works.

The highlight of this experience? I understand now that you CAN shift / manifest while being desperate. Being non-chalant is not an obligation.

I hope this storytime helps u guys in anyway bcs truly I feel like an insane person writing this😭 I'm in disbelief.
