TIPS & WHAT TO DO WHEN STRESSING OUT ABOUT YOUR MANIFESTATIONS

. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁ ~ To all people who manifest, especially if you are into the law of assumption, I'm gonna give you my tips/what I do when I'm really stressing out about my manifestations :

• First of all I remind myself that intrusive thoughts, fears or doubts DO NOT MANIFEST —> In other words, I don't let those thoughts get to me, and I pull myself together

• Second of all I remind myself that feelings & emotions do not manifest either —> I’M HUMAN sometimes I do not feel well, I’m in a bad mood, I’m stressing out and that’s okay. In this situation you can do those things :

- Meditations. Scripting. Go out for a walk. Call some friends. Robot affirming. Just keep your mind busy, etc.

• Then, in my experience, I just let go of what I want to let go: If I want to cry, I cry, If I want to scream, I scream, and then —> I light up some candles, I put some subliminals on or just frequencies, I breathe to calm myself, and I start to affirm, and I do not stop until I do not feel better

Examples of affirmations I use in this type of situation :

- I love myself / Everything is perfect / I’m perfect and my reality proves it to me / I deserve all the good things and only the good things / I only experiment my positives assumptions / Everything works out in my favour & some affirmations related to what I manifest
