I will have to disagree with some of my followers regarding the tadc finale. I am aware transfem Jax was like vaguely sorta kinda confirmed but I find it hard to be happy about that when its a character voiced by some racist white dude who probably makes jokes about mexicans when he's alone. Is that too much to assume? Didn't stop him from "joking" about the n-word on camera. So...

I'm not really making a moral judgment if you wanna watch that show. But I think I have the right to not feel comfortable supporting this series or acting like any of this is acceptable lol

#I had already bought my tickets when that surfaced #and I let myself enjoy the last episode because the show has meant so much to me #but yeah.......even though I personally still love it #the stuff with the VAs has left a sour taste in my mouth #lots of sketch things with the folks behind the show #it's a shame that something so impactful for both trans people and indie animation is steeped in so much anti blackness
