The best scenario for this in my opinion is between two best friends, usually guys. They both go to the gym, try to work out together, have been best friends for years, know each other inside out. One of them gets awful gas whenever he gets nervous or has dairy, and he's also likely to fart more than normal naturally as well. But he's super embarrased about it, and fights up in order to not do it in front of his best friend, who doesn't ever let that happen. They'd be snuggling together watching a video, when he'd get the urge to absolutely rip one. Somehow his best friend instantly knows, and practically pushes it out of him, holding him close and massaging all the right spots. "Stop holding it, it's not good for your health."

Two people cuddling on a couch, both very very comfortable and relaxed. One starts to slowly but continuously leak out and because they're so sleepy and comfy and thoughtless around their partner they don't even notice. Their partner notices as soon as their sweatpants start getting dark around the crotch but decides not to say anything, watching the wet spot grow bigger and bigger, soaking their pants, then their partner's thigh, then the cushions beneath them. they've been peeing for about a minute straight at this point and eventually the cushions get so soaked that they start dripping down onto the wooden floor below the couch. The dripping noise only makes them subconsciously leak harder, finally emptying the last strong spurts on to their partner's thigh. Their partner gently gives them some water and after a few minutes their partner finally speaks up with "wow, looks like you really had to go huh?" and they finally open their eyes to see the massive puddle they made. Out of embarrassment they freeze up and uncontrollably start peeing agin, the only evidence of it being the quiet hissing noise, as everything around them is way to soaked to show anything else.

Someone walking slowly, body tensed as gas fights with their hole. Letting out quiet bubbling farts as they walk through the halls of their school or workplace, crop dusting the people around them with paint-peeling gas that reeks of marinated shit and sulfur.

I'd love to watch someone give up right in front of me, apologizing profusely as their body betrays them, letting out disgusting wet farts. Bonus points if we're in a small room and all I can do is watch as they helplessly release.
