I don't picture Cassie as having accidents herself but she'd be so so kind and understanding to anyone who did.

My answer remains: she would be the sweetest. If she woke up first, she'd be really matter of fact and unbothered about it- and by the time she woke me up with a gentle 'Hey sweetie, can you wake up? Nothing to worry about, just need to do a quick sheet change-' she'd have already fetched fresh sheets, started the shower, laid out towels and dry pjs. She'd be very much 'no apologies needed' and act like it's nothing- but if I started to say sorry and tear up, she'd be very soft and pull me into her arms to cuddle me better.
If I woke up first, I'd definitely want to hide it but that's kind of impossible if you're sharing a bed. She'd go from sleepy-confused to instantly comforting if she was woken up- 'Hey no it's fine, don't apologise-' and she'd absolutely veto any suggestion that I sleep on the floor or go home.

Watching The Pitt and Emma is such an adorable, big-eyed baby lamb that it's worryingly easy to imagine her having an accident and wetting her scrubs- not even because she was shy to ask for the bathroom.
Like she WOULD probably have been shy about asking for the bathroom IF she'd had a chance....but as it is, she's so so focused on her work that she doesn't even register she needs a wee until the last minute: a sudden twinge that makes her cross her legs but even as she's opening her mouth to say she needs to go, there's warm wetness soaking her pants and all she can do is hold herself pointlessly until she's standing in a puddle and starting to cry.

It's okay if you don't make it home. I don't mind if you pee your pants. I'll understand if it happens. Sometimes if you drink too much and can't get to a bathroom, there is nothing you can do about it. Lots of people pee themselves while they are stuck in traffic. It's okay if it happens to you. I have a towel in the back seat. If you want, you could hold the towel between your legs in case you start peeing. That way, most of the pee will soak into the towel instead of your seat. You don't want to have to sit on a soaked car seat for the rest of the day, do you?
