Izuku flushed pink, looking down at his bright red shoes and decided to answer that statement with incoherent complains. It wasn't like he put effort into not tying his tie properly, he just... managed to mess it up anyway.

Long, slim fingers pulled at the cloth and Izuku was pointedly not looking at the face of the man those fingers belonged to because his heart really wouldn't be able to handle it. But, you know, Izuku didn't like listening to his logical self and looked up anyway.

Shouto's eyebrows were slightly scrunched up in concentration and his eyes were focused. He looked really dedicated to do his job right and Izuku really just wanted to kiss him and-

Okay, he really shouldn't have looked up at him because now he was positive his face was flaming.

Shouto finally leaned back, apparently satisfied with his handiwork and flashed Izuku a small smile. "There," he said softly, pressing the cloth gently against his chest before taking a step back. He seemed to look very pleased with himself, a happy twinkle in his eye and Izuku would be lying if he said he didn't just want to hug him right here and now.

So, he did just that.

He wrapped his arms around him, burying his face into the other's fabric and hoped that his face wasn't as red as he believed it to be. The other tentatively wrapped his arms around him, too, and Izuku let himself relax.

"Thank you," he muttered into Shouto's uniform. Izuku looked up, and he saw Shouto nod at him, his face slightly pink. Izuku nodded, more to himself than anything, and proceeded to once again bury his face into Shouto's uniform.
