I love when people ask "how did you learn this skill?" I just started, there's no secret. that's it. a vast majority of the time the only thing holding you back is your trepidation to start.

Every grocery store has an old woman who argues with the cashier that her store-brand canned spinach should be $1.09 instead of $1.19 because she failed to see the "must purchase ten or more for deal to apply" sticker. They keep her in back and wheel her out when you specifically are running late.

it's not great pay but its good for them to have something to do after retirement. once my brother was old enough she didn't need to babysit us so much my grandma got a job as the spinach lady at our local shoprite. she could spend most of her shift off her feet in the back, but her physical therapist said the walks to and from the checkout were good for her so she asked them not to use the dolly. my brother and i used to wait until the last minute before swim practice to run into the grocery store so we could see her. she'd keep candy in the big bag of loose change they issued her and she'd slip us some while we checked out. these days of course they just have the self checkout machine get stuck on some weird screen. im sure it's more efficient, but i think something is lost without that human connection

extremely funny to me that Kermit the Frog is the only main overlap character between Sesame Street and The Muppets. imagine your day job is hanging out in a community of lovely people that genuinely just want to help kids learn and care about everyone so so much and then your night job is the reason that you have to stay up to date on your rabies AND tetanus vaccine

out of the backyard gang baljeet is one of the worst to make into a coffee table. ferb would also be pretty bad. phineas and isabella would be mid because they have those bigass heads but the skinny bodies. might be worse than baljeet and ferb if you're a person who cares about symmetry. buford would objectively make the best coffee table because his silhouette has the most evenly-spaced surface area. now if you wanna talk about pnf characters in general i think pet mode perry would be the best coffee table out of all of them
