i know that yui has gay romance-coded moments with nanao and ellen because they just didn't bother to change any of the dialogue over from the two male protags BUT i never even wondered if there's a gay romance-coded subplot with souya if you pick one of the male protags. there probably isn't one because only yui blushes in her cutscenes with souya and he doesnt seem to really give a shit about her, which is probably how he's written for the guys, so they just changed the girl's side to make it a crush. ALSO the possibility of yaoi never even entered my mind a single time for my entire time loving robot alchemic drive because i hate men <3
