Sims 2 is Better

These are static neighborhood objects. They require Nightlife since they use textures from that expansion pack. I used the low detail meshes and textures, but even then I don't recommend placing hundreds of them in a neighborhood. Each model comes in four colors. Available in landmarks.

Textures: 64x32 pixels (car) and 64x64 (shadow).

Another repost of a deleted post. Categorized in dressers. I used a mannequin template by @deedee-sims but I couldn't find the original post. Keep in mind this object is more on the high poly side, because it uses parts of a clothing mesh, so don't place too many of these.

@freezerbunny-sims2 Parka as Clutter Texture Repo'd to Seasons

The mesh and recolors now pull their textures from the AFParkaBoots outfit that came with Seasons. Since these are just texture repos you can still recolor the mesh like normal

Update 19/5/2026: Added another version cloned from Monique's Hacked Computer. Both versions have the same GUID, so choose only one. For the hacked version to work you need to install the mod files.

A frankensteined version of the Moneywell Computer. The main object includes the screen, speakers, keyboard and mouse and it is functional. The case is a separate object and decorative (use cheats to place it under desks). Both objects can be found in the Electronics / TV and Computers catalogue. Requires all expansion packs, the Ultimate Collection or the Legacy Collection.

Known issues and differences

Sims will play the insert CD animation in the monitor when playing games. I didn't like that so I removed the CD. The animation will still play, but without the CD. Edit to clarify: in this computer.

When the computer breaks, sims will look as though they are repairing the monitor. This doesn't bother me, as broken monitors can sometimes smoke and spark (speaking from personal experience). Sims will turn the screen around when repairing it, their arms might clip through the speakers a bit when doing so.

Or perhaps you are chugging along, having fun, and suddenly you notice a flickering shadow at the corner of your eye. Perhaps a bed, perhaps a door. Weird black lines move across the object as the camera moves.

Perhaps you have a glass item on the lot, and it decided it wanted to make an attempt at some geometric art.

Or you may have noticed that sinks suddenly look real weird.

If any of these are familiar to you, then I accidentally stumbled upon the fix! A mix of brain fog and fat fingering and sometimes you strike upon something useful 🤭

This is a new take on an old project. I love Cyclonesue’s cubicle door (TSR) and it is a staple of my community lots. But it deserved some “cleaner” and more versatile recolors, and I wasn’t very satisfied with the ones I made a couple of years ago.

Since then I’ve learned the repository technique, so I edited Cyclonesue’s mesh to pull the basegame value door textures, and made the original textures into recolors for the value door. I went on and made some new recolors too, because I specifically wanted vertical panels in bright colors…

Outdoor Gym set | Fitness trail and exercise bike Popping in for another long-due upload! This is a mini set of outdoor gym equipment, including a fitness trail cloned from the obstacle course career reward, and an exercise bike. This is a default replacement mesh for kitten and puppy faces that allows heterochromia. This was done by separating the left and right eyes onto different groups and subsets so they can be colored independently. They have morphs, so these cuties will properly emote! This is possible thanks to @crispsandkerosene's blender plugin, make sure to grab it if you're interested in meshing for pets!

Pet heterochromia is NOT hereditary, and in fact only a pet's right eye color can be passed down. Heterochromia is a purposeful decision that you have to apply manually. Do this by opening a pet's AgeData inside their CharacterData.package, then find and change the eyecolor and/or alteyecolor lines to the desired colors. Strut Your Stuff Shower Recolors + Texture Replacement

After all those complicated toilets and sinks, it's time for a simple, bare-bones shower. 8 Lunamoth metals, plus matte black and matte white. And a default replacement using the first color (silver). Best used with the Extended StandardMaterial Shader.
