hi! how exactly did you create the sclera accessory recolor? i would want to create my own but i have no idea how to do it :D

it's not really all that much different from recolouring anything else, but i'll try and remember the process :D
i don't know exactly how much you already know about retexturing, so apologies if this comes off a little patronising or over-explaining, or under-explained and vague. feel free to ask if you need more info! I'm writing this from memory so if any of the stuff about importing seems wrong let me know and I'll actually go check the details.
explanation ended up longer than I expected, so I've put it under the cut
1) Getting your textures
Open a retexture of the accessory sclera in simPe. Go to the txmt, and export it as a .png via right clicking the texture preview and selecting the option for export. this is your base texture.
If you want to base your retexture off an existing sclera, do the same to get the texture for that, too
Alternatively Evannamarie shared a .psd doc in the original download as a template so you could use that as a base if you like.
2) Making the recolour
Go into bodyshop and start a new project. Select a an accessory sclera colour and use that as the base. Add a more useful description if you like, but don't actually do anything else here, just import the recolour into the game. you could theoretically do all your work in bodyshop but it's shite at handling transparencies so wouldn't recommend it. You can close bodyshop after that
3) texture time
Open your base texture in your picture editing software of choice (as long as it supports transparency and .png files, and preferably layers). I was using photoshop at the time. The accessory sclera texture is 1024x1024 in size. Sims 2 eye textures are typically 512x512, so if you want to use an existing sclera texture to retexture with, you'll need to resize it (but this will leave it looking blurry). I basically carefully painted over the whole thing manually with a small brush to get it looking how I wanted in the end lol
Note that with the .png, anything that's transparent on the image will be transparent on the sclera accessory, so be careful with the shadows and shape. For the shadows I just erased all the original shadows and drew them back in to the shape I wanted with a big soft brush and heavy use of gaussian blur on its own layer, beneath the sclera texture itself. You can faff around with layer masks and whatnot but I just erased everything down to shape (because it was easier haha).
once you've got to a point where you want to text the texture, save it (would recommend saving each version individually in case you fuck up)
4) import that texture
Open the recolour package you made in bodyshop (it'll be in savedsims folder) with simPe. Go to the texture image (txtr), and select import dds, and select your texture from wherever you saved it. Select no filter, and DDS3 (or 5, just not DDS1) from the dropdowns. Select import and your texture is done. Save the package.
5) IMPORTANT!! SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF PAIN!
Delete the accessory.cache from your documents/EA Games/Sims 2 (whatever version) folder. If you don't do that, your changes won't show up and you'll be wondering why it doesn't look any different. (I learnt this the hard way lmao)
6) Testing
Lauch the game to see how it looks. Get a sim to pull faces where the eyes go all big and move about, see what you think of your retexture. Make note of anything you'd like to change (like damn, does not need that much shadow, or needs to be less grey)
7) Need changes?
If you're not happy, make changes in your photo editing picture, re-import the texture as dds in simPe to your recolour package, delete the accessory.cache and check in-game again. If you're anything like me, three eternities later you might be somewhat happy with the result, then it's ready to make any other colours you wanted and give everything proper filenames etc.

They are all low poly and they are recolourable because why not.

These are 4to2 conversions from Sims 4 Game, low poly. The small desk with its chair is just for children. The Krusty Crab is a functional dollhouse with its own dolls (spongebob, patrick, sandy and gary). Your children and toddler can gain cooking skill from it.

@rented-space converted this jacket from TS4 ages ago but I never liked the color pairings of shirt and jacket.
And @deedee-sims separated the jacket nicely for bottom-only dress usage too!
So what you're looking at is: 4 recolors of the jacket with a white button down (light brown, red, black and dark brown) and one black leather jacket with a simple white shirt, texture by Ulker.
Because I needed these meshes in some normal colors for regular use.
