Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/4 cup ground flaxseed. 1 tablespoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped. 1/4 cup black olives, sliced. 4 large eggs. 1/4 cup olive oil. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Grind the flaxseed, add the baking powder, salt, rosemary, black olives, and whisk them all together in a large bowl. Beat the eggs in a different bowl, then add the olive oil and almond milk and mix well. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together until everything is well mixed. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape it into a rough loaf. Before you put the bread in the oven, heat it up. Bake it for 30 to 35 minutes, or until it turns golden brown and feels firm. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down before cutting it. Serve and have fun!
