Peter gifts her a pair of his old webshooters modified to look like bracelets
MJ asks him to prank Johnny Storm the way he did when he was a teenager by making a giant bat out of webs and launching at him

Warren Ellis, who has historically used his influence as a comic writer to coerce and manipulate nearly 100 people into intimate relations with him. The linked source includes testimony from dozens of his victims, some of which can be graphic--use discretion.
