Last morning, wandering around the house taking it all in, trying to put it down perfectly in my memory, the warm air, the cool tiles, the way the sunlight reflects on the sea and shimmers in the olive trees on the terrace

can i just say. as a person who manages a box office. i would only purchase tickets off a 3rd party site if i was in the most desperate straits and even then i would go in knowing that they may not work. i'm being so serious when i say call the venue and ask about tickets, especially if it's independent.
3rd party sites ALWAYS say "there's only a few tickets left!" and actually that has nothing to do with how many tickets a venue has left. that's simply what they always say to make you panic buy. 3rd party sites will and often do advertise incorrect dates, incorrect show information, incorrect seating charts, and the tickets are wildly marked up. so 1) go to the venue's actual site and check first 2) if there really are no tickets, call and ask if there is a wait list. even ticketmaster venues have box offices that are worth trying to call.
the big ticket retailers (primary source of tickets) are ticketmaster, axs, and dice. smaller/independent venues will have their own ticketing systems embedded in their site or linked directly from their site. the big 3rd party sites are stubhub, vividseats, tickpick, gotickets. for smaller venues things like eventticketscenter, boxofficeticketsales, etc will pop up.
begging u to personally end the scourge of giving 3rd party ticket resellers your money.
and one more thing! if a 3rd party site EVER says "your tickets will be at will call" they will not be at will call. that simply means the reseller was unable to obtain e-tickets for whatever reason. you've been scammed brother.
