I only had a vague idea of what this was and what happened until I did my own research on it.

Another thing we need to do away with is referring to laying in bed and resenting your lack of productivity as “rotting.” You’re not rotting, you’re resting, and there’s probably a reason you don’t have the energy to get up.

I remember that one tumblr post where someone pointed out that “with all due respect” can mean “none.”

The people I was talking to thank me and make jokes that they need to think of Betty when they’re resenting their bed.
