You know my headcanon is that Discord created the mirror pool. Does that kinda make Discord Phoenixes grandfather? If the mirror pool is part of the cause for phoenixes birth?

Redid my Celestia redesign! I like this a lot more. Kept the previous design for her horns and sun flower cutie mark. gave her a halo like I did on my Luna redesign. This design is heavily based on if she ascended from an Earth Pony, I think it turned out good.

Decided to redesign Lil Cheese. Iâm making a next gen and wanted to include them. Their birth name was Cheese Wiz but after gaining their cutie mark they changed it to Bedlam. Their talent is chaos related, but they do enjoy party planning.
I do enjoy this design for lil cheese. I may reuse elements of it for my current next genâs cheese cake

I think I like pinkie pie so much because she has very similar emotional states I do. Now sheâs very much more social than I am and shows her happiness much more forward. But I know that feeling of just deflating emotionally. One second you were doing great, then you feel like a popped balloon. You feel like the color grey.

Phoenix is a Spirit of self Reflection, creation, and change. Not just a pony, but an immortal spirit similarly to Discord was to chaos. Born from a highly chaotic magical mishap. He was created by the magic of three beings. Pinkie pie, the mirror pool, and Twilight sparkle.
Pink coat, reflective mirror like eyes, pink mane and tail, and covered in scars. He doesnât have a cutie mark and doesnât have the ability to get one due to scars.
âLittle cheeseâ Cheese Cake- pinkie pie x cheese sandwich (divorced) Earth pony
The only child of pinkie pie and cheese sandwich, the middle child of Pinkies and Twilights kids. They were born with the name String cheese and changed their name to cheesecake after getting their cutie mark. The apprentice of mister and missus cake at their bakery. They enjoy making custards and pies.
Yellow coat and two toned pink mane and tail. Green eyes and a cheese cake cutie mark. They enjoy making others smile through good food.
Star astral Swirl- Twilight sparkle x Starlight glimmer (divorced) Unicorn with Alicorn like magic
A unicorn with Alicorn like magic. Astral is a natural with magic and magical theory! But he doesnât find joy in it. He finds joy in the arts! His mother starlight is not pleased with this development. But his family on Twilights side are supportive of him. He doesnât really consider Starlight his mother anymore. Pinkie pie fills that roll in his life. His adoptive siblings Little cheese and Phoenix are really cool and supportive of him and his passions! Why is his mother twilight so weird around Phoenix though?

Phoenixâs relationship with his âparentsâ is a strange one. Pinkie always wanted children eventually, and finding out she had a secret magic son was a dream come true. Twilight doesnât trust him at all. In fact she has tried sending him back to a certain mirror pool that no longer exists as it originally existed.
Twilight and Pinkie Pie were dating when first finding out about Phoenix, which the reveal split them apart so much they decided to break up. Pinkie Pie dating and ending up marrying cheese sandwichâŚ..and then divorcing on friendly terms. Twilight and Pinkie eventually getting back together and marrying.
Pinkie treats Phoenix like her first born son, squishing his face constantly and making him sweets and treats. He likes bread the most and enjoys baking with his mom. The cakes and pies treat him like family. Pinkies parental figures treat him like a grandson. The cakes enjoy his baking quite a bit, heâs really good at breads and cookies. Cloudy Quartz much like pinkie pie squishes his face constantly.
To Twilightâs dismay her family treats Phoenix like family. The Sparkle parents treat him like a grandson. Spike and treats him like a brother. Shining treats him like a nephew. The horror in Twilights opinion. This has broke her relationship with quite a few people in her life, her insistence on hating this pony that might as well be her son. She refuses to acknowledge technicalities of magical relationships to biological dna!

Where things split off from canon timeline is when Phoenix is âbornâ Phoenix isnât just a survived pinkie pie clone. Heâs one that survived being sent back into the mirror pool. The mirror pool was overloaded with clones and with it in a vulnerable state the newly sent clones all tried to escape at once shattering the mirror. But only one clone remainedâŚ. But Phoenix was more than one clone. Heâs all the clones combined into one single clone, heâs also the mirror pool given form. Heâs a very confused individual. He has the ability to manipulate reflections, use reflections as transportation, a form of communication, and as a means of visual information on whatâs on the other side of connected reflections. Phoenix was once a pinkie pie clone but no longer is. He is the successor to the mirror poolâs power. He is like if the mirror pool and pinkie pie had a kid via magical means. Heâs conflicted about this.
Phoenixâs natural eye color is mirror/reflective, he prefers gold colored contacts. He has scars from Twilights Magic sending his body back into the mirror pool, living in the ever free temporarily, and from pinkie pies cutie mark being ripped off forcefully by the mirror pools shattering.
He meets Celestia in the old castle of the two sisters. They hit it off nearly immediately. Celestia insists on visiting him to gain his trust to get him out of the dangerous forest and crumbling ruins of the castle. Phoenix enjoys the company, Celestia enjoys how he treats her as a civilian instead of a princess. Celestia is aware of his situation nearly immediately. Itâs hard to ignore his similarities to the pink party pony and his beautiful reflective eyes.
Twilight and crew arrive to a shattered mirror and the outline of a pony that is mysteriously missing. They figure whatever came out wonât survive the ever free very long. The mirror is gone and doesnât need hidden any longer with it being shattered. How wrong they are, to assume that Phoenix would simply die.
Phoenix, while not a Draconequis, is a similar being. He is only shaped like a pony at this point. He is a spirit, the spirit of change and creation. Of the reflection of inner self and inner image.
Phoenix is immortal, immortal in a strange way. Whenever he experiences a life threatening injury he shatters into a million pieces like a mirror. And wakes up in the ever free forest where the mirror pool used to be. He gains a scar if the injury is bad enough. His first scar he was born with, Twilights cutie mark etched into his chest right where she hit the very last pinkie clone with her magic.
Celestia helps him make the little cave into a small home for him, a place he always can come back to when he needs to. Somewhere safe and comfortable. He keeps a picture of his close friends, family, and of course Celestia at his little abode.
