quick eqg twilight redesign because i'm so tired of pretending the characters's human versions look even remotedly the same as in the series

I don't think I ever posted this one on Tumblr, so here's a redesign I did of Princess Cadance back in 2023 (which is probably clear by the different artstyle) cause she's my favorite character and I thought replacing the purple from her original design with turquoise would match her Crystal Empire vibes better

Twilight sparkle redesign or whatever but I actually tried to render the art piece, idk if I’ll put this much effort into many other drawings I make dude, my wrists hurt now. 🥳🥳

Cadance. I'll start with the story. After receiving the mark, Princess Luna took control of it. But alicorning was not part of the princess' plans, which almost caused the new alicorn to lose its horn. She doesn't have a royal title. While. Princess Luna knows that someone will have to run the Crystal Empire. Especially when you consider that crystal ponies lived when the sun was in the sky.

It is silent. It's very convenient with her hobby of stalking. And she speaks in a whisper. Many ponies do this when they rely on their hearing. Fluttershy does the same.

And yes. Dark magic is the norm, and don't expect Shining. It doesn't exist
