An internationally renowned researcher on tax avoidance is believed to be the first person in Britain to lose her job for saying that transgender women are not women.
Maya Forstater, 45, was told by her managers that she had used āoffensive and exclusionaryā language.
She was accused of āfear-mongeringā for tweeting her concerns about government proposals to allow people to legally self-identify as the opposite sex.

This is an extremely important case. Read about it here: I lost my job for speaking out about womenās rights.
Link to the crowdfunding campaign to help with legal expenses as she takes this case to employment tribunal hoping to show that no one should be discriminated against for having gender critical views and talking about them.

UPDATE: Maya Forstater has LOST.Ā AĀ UK employment tribunal judge ruled that the belief that biological sex is immutable, and that it is impossible to change oneās sex, is āincompatible with human dignity and fundamental rights of othersā.

Professor of philosophy Kathleen Stockās call uponother UK academic philosophers and other academics to publicly demonstrate their disciplinary values.
I cannot believe this shit and I wish a male judge hadnāt been allowed to rule on it
Trans-Orwellianism at work.
I just want everybody to realise how fucked up this whole thing is. THIS is the person that Forstater was calling āheā:
This 100% white gender-conforming man got a woman fired from her job, because she used male pronouns. A judge ruled that it was good and right to fire a woman for calling this 100% male man a āheā.
Donāt forget, she also spoke againstĀ āgenderfluidā autogynephile Philip Bunce, who now does his sexual crossdressing as a protected class in public, instead of in the bedroom where he can be the blonde bimbo he says he feels like inside.
Self-ID isnāt even the law yet. The judge ruled against all the sex-based protections in place.Ā
Forcing people to engage in sexual acts against their will is called sexual harassment. My country basically just carved a gigantic loophole in the laws against sexual harassment⦠Yey š¬š§š
MEN DEFENDING MEN AS USUAL.
I am not the least bit surprised the judge was a male.
This is MALE PRIVILEGE being used to silence women.
And this fear of being ostracized is what creates loyal hand maidens.
Philip Bunce only dresses as Pips Bunce half the week. He must have his employees at Credit Suisse in a permanent state of unease.
He was given an award by the Financial Times for Women in Business, despite being a part time crossdresser. Also he wear clothes women in Banking would not wear:
Iāve been following Mayaās case and I hope thereās a right to appeal. Apparently industrial tribunal cases donāt set legal precedent but I have no faith in trans activists not pushing the envelope anyway.
The judge literally broke the law by siding with the male because self IDing is not protected (yet)
skajdkajkjsanj she got fired for not calling THAT a woman? Crossdressers are also classed as trans now? I guess we already knew that though.Ā
Yeah!
She misgendered this gorgeous woman, and did her irreparable psychic harm
I mean, honestly. Who would misgender her?! Who could be so close-minded as to refuse to accept her in a rape crisis shelter, or in a change room, or sharing a room in hospital or hospice?
What sort of awful, hateful, horrible witch would do such a thing?!?
