It wasn't fast, it wasn't pretty but it was needed! I am not a solo runner naturally so I never find it easy but social distancing means we are all solo runners now. It was lovely to see fellow @blackburn_road_runners #BRR @claireybgreen out with her boys. My music stopped because I accidentally turned data off 🙈 I sorted it after finally pulling my phone out of my running belt but I didn't pause my @garminuk . Lesson learned. More positives though, the sun was shining so the shorts are out, it was pretty quiet but myself and another runner had a 2m apart air-five 😁 I made a home made egg white, raspberry & blueberry "protein shake" when I got back & now I'm watching homes under the hammer.
