Today’s Lunch,dinner and an evening snack.

Not posted on this page for over a year now.... and a lot of things have gone on in my private life which has resulted in my weight loss being put on the back burner. In this year, I have decided to change from a high protein- low carb diet to joining slimming world and taking what I believe are more life changing steps to weight loss rather than drastic limitations. I joined slimming world at the start of December, in my eyes the most difficult time of year to restrict oneself with sweet things. After my 3 weight in at group I have lost a total of 4.5 lb. a loss which I have overjoyed with especially considering the month of the year and the temptations. I am happy to start the new year with this head start and believe it makes me ever more determined to change my food ways and begin food optimising.

Thank you to slimming world for giving me my confidence back and making me a happier person for my family to enjoy! No longer am I the fat friend, nor am I the one that's so uncomfortable in her skin she'd make excuses up about being ill to avoid going out! I am now able to go out and enjoy myself without feeling disgusted at myself each time I walked past a window and caught a glimpse of myself!.. proud 💕👊🏻💪🏻👏🏻🎉
