Finding my Fitness

A quick list to keep you all up to date because I’ve been a shit blogger, but I’m excited to come back and really focus on my life (and sharing it effectively). 

1. My job is facing a huge layoff, where we are shutting down an entire facility- the facility just happens to by MY facility and I am the only HR person to facilitate this (my boss left the company on April 14) SO I am shutting down the plant until the end of the year and then have to find something else to do... So much life experience! 

2. The next thin I’m moving on to is teaching.  It’s always been my passion and so I’ve spent the last 5 months studying and taking Florida teaching exams! So far I’ve taken and passed my General Knowledge & the K-6 subject matter. 

3. Zach & I got engaged! (This is the most recent thing... I’m talking like 2 weeks ago recent) and we couldn’t be more excited! He is being very patient with me as I cannot bring myself to get married when my career future is so uncertain and so we are shooting for May 2019 (because hopefully I will have completed my first year as am elementary teacher!). 

That’s the brunt of it, however, my budgeting has been on point, my fitness has been on point, and generally my whole life has been on point in this hiatus, just so much change at once is a LOT for someone like me who is an avid planner and cannot handle change that I didn’t see coming, and ALL of these are so uncertain. 

I’m taking things day by day, but plan on sharing a whole lot more of that with you all! I miss my tumblr fam in general and even though I wasn’t posting I was keeping track of people... :) PLUS I am more active on insta (Pb_and_Cali) as I tend to love photos, so I’ll probably be linking and you guys will get to see all the fun hashtags I post on insta so other people can see my fun boring life.
