I write in second person and mostly only refer to the reader as "you", so the reader's gender won't usually matter or be brought up unless the plot heavily involves gender in a way that can't be gender neutral or unless it involves nsfw.
Fair warning, I may just label some stories that are requested as a certain gender as gender neutral reader if I never find a way to include the reader's requested gender in the story.
When you request, I would really appreciate it if you gave me specific scenarios or ideas!!

Would any of the Yanderes behaviour change if the reader was the same gender to them compared to the opposite? Craig and Tweek wouldnโt but compare to Stan who only shown to date women and Cartman whoโs a whole bunch of things, would anything change given the circumstances for any of them?

Stan is much more awkward and desperate around you, unsure if your relationship dynamic would be any different than a straight one
Kyle was taught by his mother to be a gentleman towards women, but you're a guy, so he's much more comfortable invading your personal space and being rougher with you
Cartman is more aggressive and lacking boundaries with you because he's ashamed of himself for liking a man, but at least you will dodge the misogynistic jokes
Kenny treats you the same regardless of your gender
Butters is a bit flustered that he's dating another boy, but overall doesn't have much difference in the way he treats you besides having to hide your relationship from his parents
Tolkien is a bit more hesitant than usual because he's only ever had relationship experience with girls, but gets the hang of it
Clyde never pictured himself liking a guy, so he has no idea how to act and copes by trying to establish dominance and make you the "girl" in the relationship
Jimmy treats you the same regardless of your gender
Pip is a bit scandalized when he realizes he's fancying a man, but it eventually wears off and there isn't much difference in your relationship gender wise
WLW:
Wendy tries to treat you the same as she would a guy, but she ends up just invading your personal space more and being more protective
Bebe is delighted to date another girl because she views it as you being able to understand her better and will doll you up constantly, treating you like her purse dog
Red treats you the same regardless of gender
Nichole feels more flustered that she's dating a girl, but it passes quickly and she's just happy to have someone she can dress in matching cute outfits with her
Heidi doesn't understand how she fell in love with a woman and berates herself internally for it, but it honestly increases her intensity as she views your love as forbidden
Henrietta feels thrilled to be in a relationship with a girl and sees it as rebellious, although she is more gentle with you in the actual relationship
Estella is actually much less cruel to you, being more romantic since you're a breath of fresh air compared to all of the men whose hearts she had to break
So random question, if Professor Chaos could wreck anyone who he thinks is a problem to Reader very easily then what's stopping him from just destroying his parents? Is it because of Butters' inherent nice guy nature or is it gonna get him in worse trouble?
Another question, does he have any specific ways of doing evil or is he open to all kinds of ideas?
One more question but for Bebe this time, how did she get such an important reputation? I believe you mentioned something about her having a reputation to keep so I am interested in knowing how!

The answer to the first question is that Butters has a paralyzing fear of his parents. If he ever came to destroy them and they scolded or grounded him even without knowing his identity (he has a bit of a better costume when he's older), Butters would simply obey and be too scared to make another attempt.
Typical things that Professor Chaos may do around town include vandalism, stealing, and doing things that just piss people off like tampering with internet sources. He is open to all kinds of ideas if anyone gave him some, but he's still definitely NOT the type to blow up a children's hospital or mass murder innocent people for fun.
Bebe's reputation/popularity mostly stems from the fact that she's in the popular girl group and can be seen as less "prudish" or "cold" than Wendy (even if that isn't really how Wendy is), so people tend to gravitate to her more. It mostly just happened naturally since she's a social person and knows a lot about people, so a public image of her just started building. I don't view her as particularly a "mean popular girl" or "nice popular girl", I think she's just neutral, although certain people in school may view her as one or the other depending on how she acts towards them.

You specified that Butters' behavior towards his darling depends on the persona he's using (specifically when it comes to violence), so I'm curious how different Butters and Professor Chaos are. I'm also curious as to what role Professor Chaos plays in Butters' high school/adult life since I'd assume the kids would've "grown out" of playing superheroes by that age

Yandere Professor Chaos Headcanons
Aged up to 18 (seniors in high school)
TW: Stalking, obsessive behavior, possessiveness, jealousy, codependency, murder, kidnapping, mention of Butters' abusive parents, one suggestive hc, mention of Kenny deaths, Professor Chaos is simultaneously a cartoon villain and an insane criminal, scenario section for backstory/explanation
Scenario:
- Butters' life was just as miserable in high school as it was when he was younger, his parents getting especially bad now that it was almost time for him to go to university
- Pretty much his only method of escapism was Professor Chaos
- While the other boys started to grow out of their hero personas, the only two that remained were him and Mysterion
- His life at night as a villain didn't usually spill into his personal life... that is, until he met you
- You were on his mind so often that he couldn't stop thinking about you even when he was Professor Chaos
- Nights spent wreaking havoc on the town shifted to nights spent sneaking into your house while you slept
- Eventually, he realized that his two worlds could intersect
- Soon enough, his evil schemes began to include you more and more, allowing you to come face to face with his alter ego
General:
- Still stalks you whenever he doesn't have many ideas for evil things to do around town and has some free time
- Sends a reluctant General Disarray to stalk you for him whenever he's busy
- Any jealousy he experienced during the day as Butters is resolved by Professor Chaos: threats, beatings and even deaths being administered depending on the severity of his jealousy
- The public is shocked that Professor Chaos would do something so extreme, but he leans into it
- Kidnaps you dramatically and takes you to his U-stor-it evil lair at least once every two weeks
- Flirts with you constantly while you're strapped to the couch with fluffy handcuffs and dreamily tells you his plans to move away with you
- Forces you to praise his drawings of you two holding hands, kissing, and possibly something more risquรฉ if he's feeling bold
- Mysterion ends up saving you most of the time and is annoyed by it at first but gets concerned when he realizes how obsessed Professor Chaos is
- Has killed Mysterion before a few times for "trying to take you away from him" by saving you
- The kidnapping gets to the point that the reputation of being a "damsel in distress" follows you everywhere in South Park no matter your gender
- As Butters, feels strangely happy when seeing the pitying glances people cast your way, almost as if it's his claim on you
- Has a shrine in the corner of his lair dedicated to you since his parents would probably admit him to either jail or a mental asylum if they found it in his room
- Is the part of Butters that is the most difficult to deal with if he's active, but as long as you can keep Butters at bay you may have a chance of avoiding most aspects of Professor Chaos
why do some of the Yanderes want us to stay in South Park instead of going with us with our families or to move to a different town?
Honestly for most characters I think it's mostly because they have their own lives and families in South Park that they don't really want to abandon. It's much easier to keep reader somewhere hidden and theirs while they go about their daily life instead of going with reader and their family (that may or may not approve of them) and making it very obvious that they have a codependent bond with them to outsiders.
That pretty much only applies to 12th grade aged characters though, if they're aged up further than that the ones that are still in South Park wouldn't have much of a problem moving around with you and a decent chunk of them wouldn't even be in South Park anymore.
The ones that would move with you in a heartbeat even in high school would be Butters, Tweek and Pip.

I also started my first playthrough as the Thief which admittedly I had a soft spot for since it seemed to be the most interesting one to me, other than the Jew route ofc. My fav ally for both teams respectively would be Princess Kenny cuz I mean he's my favorite character obviously and even tho I can't seem to get what he's talking about most of the time I still think he makes for a pretty good party member, and ofc Kyle for being OP af lul
My fav summon would be Jesus, I mean could you imagine being one of the enemies who would just get gunned down like that?

I think I mostly gravitated to thief because I usually play as a rogue in dnd, but yeah I'd say it's my second favorite out of the classes :]
Unfortunately I don't think I've ever used Princess Kenny much beyond the parts where he was necessary because I didn't find him all that useful ^^" I appreciate the dedication to your favorite character no matter what tho (I certainly do the same with Human Kite in tfbw, despite how little use he is to me with my playstyle)

I am also thinking about a challenge run but idk what kind of limitations that could work-
I feel like nobody tried to stop him mostly because they know that giving any criticism even indirectly about reader is a BIG no-no for Kyle and may even result in getting fired. I don't think that Kyle would be the type of king who doesn't accept suggestions or criticism when it comes to regular politics and war stuff, but reader is just a sore subject for him
As for my favorite class, it would honestly probably be Jew, not because it's the gimmicky one (I actually played thief on my first playthrough before trying other classes) but because I just like playing glass cannons lol
My favorite buddy for the side of the elves is pretty predictable since Kyle is my favorite buddy in every game no matter how overpowered or useless he is. For the humans, I'd honestly say Butters is my favorite because playing with him poses more of a fun challenge (although it's still not very hard) for the entire game whereas with Cartman you can kind of just breeze through all of the zombies with his fire abilities.
The summon that I found the funniest was probably Mr. Hankey's because I still unfortunately have toilet humor at my big age ๐ + his summon was definitely the hardest for me to get so it felt like more of a reward after toiling in the sewers to find those little pieces of shit
For a challenge run maybe a fun idea would be to either always use the starting equipment, never upgrade perks or edit the code/install a mod if it exists to make it so that buddies are automatically dead in battle and you can only use new kid.

Stan already knows how to get rid of them because of his knowledge on animals and will set Sparky loose on them if it makes you feel better.
Kyle researches the best ways to drive the rats out and gets annoyed and unnerved whenever he sees them, leading them into traps and then reassuring you.
Cartman screams the first time he sees a rat and gaslights you into believing it didn't happen as he calls pest control.
Kenny easily befriends the rats and initially pokes fun at your fear, but will ultimately get rid of the rats eventually, especially if they're making you really uncomfortable.
Butters goes "wow aren't those nasty lil fellers" before dealing with them with no problem, comforting you if they scare you.
Craig is exasperated and just blocks off all of their possible food sources until they're gone, their presence annoying him.
Tweek freaks out the moment he sees a rat and frantically calls extermination services, over exaggerating the severity of the infestation and clinging to you constantly.
Tolkien is creeped out by them and hires a good exterminator to come over and scare them away for good, assuring you that they won't come back.
Clyde is terrified of the rats and will treat being in the house with the rats as a zombie apocalypse movie where you and him are the only survivors.
Jimmy doesn't really care about the rats, they're annoying but he just cuts off their food supply and they start to dwindle out, but he's quite good at comforting you if you get scared.
Wendy takes care of them in the quickest way she can, she wants those things out of her sight and your house as fast as possible.
Bebe despises them with a vitriol never seen before, calling pest control with hatred and disgust in her voice immediately after seeing one.
Red doesn't care about them that much, but will still set up traps and try to get rid of them quickly if you hate them.
Nichole is shaken up when she first sees them, but hires an exterminator right after and comforts you despite being scared herself.
Heidi hates the fact that they're invading your home and gets rid of them as aggressively and swiftly as possible so that neither of you have to see them anymore.
Pip isn't really bothered by them much due to his old living conditions, but finds your fear of them cute, although he will eventually get rid of them.

Yeah, that seems like something that he would do just in case. BUT. I also don't think that Kyle would use it very much.
Even if reader says something defiant or purposefully teases him, I don't really think he would resort to using it immediately. After all, he doesn't want to make reader scared of him (even if they already are). I think he would resort to using it if reader either tries to escape, tries to attack him or says something completely uncalled for.

I think the main 4 or at least some of the main 4 would be in some shady shit when they're older, so Kyle would probably have a way to get a tracking chip + he's a techy guy so he would know how to get the tracking chip to work the way he wants it to.
Kyle definitely wouldn't want reader to know about the tracking chip, so Kyle would have to break into their room and knock them out to get it in. The way I picture him doing it is just making a small cut somewhere that isn't very noticeable and putting the tracking chip in there, sealing it up with a liquid bandage.

What I was thinking of doing for next year could be yandere alphabet letters that spell out each character's name (ex. Kisses, Yearning, Love letters, Exposed) especially since each character's first name has four unique letters (Kenny just has a double N), but I'd be open to other suggestions too :D
