We have a lot of issue with amnesia because it doesn't matter how much I try to remember things and not forget them I end up forgetting anyways and it's horrible

Like, no, I don't remember going to class and someone explaining me this topic, but I do remember the topic...???? It's so confusing that I don't get it

Is so hard to live with dissociative amnesia because you don't know more than a half of your own life, it makes you feel off and is a horrible experience

Both emotional and blackout amnesia are pretty frustrating to live with, how am I supposed to live a normal and good life if I can't remember what I ate like 4 hours ago????

- It was not your fault, even if they told you it was, you were a child. It was never your fault

- You didn't ask for any of it to happen to you

- You did not choose what happened

- You deserve to live, breathe, heal and move on one day.
