Depends . Sometimes not at all . Whoever switches in usually fronts for a few hours if not a few days so switching a lot in one day does not happen particularly often .

Do you guys get physical symptoms when you switch? And do alters have different sensory things? Like for us when one specific alter fronts we get a really aggressive cold shiver and then are more sensitive to the cold in general until he leaves, and then there are a few that make us really really tired. Also one that physically cannot stop smiling when he's in front. Weird things like that.

I wanted to know if you guys also had little things like that or similar, because I haven't heard many other people mention it

Kinda sometimes? I think I've talked about the funny feeling we get in our chest when we switch before but uhh hmm what else. Co-host always gets eyestrain when they're fronting for some reason. And the Little Co-Host (<- ??) is usually more dissociated than the rest of us which is interesting.

Honestly it did kind of just fuse their traits it's really funny

Bugs also. Does "bugs" count as a favorite animal? Big fan of insects and bugs. They're just so cute. One time the host became so deranged with joy staring at pictures of bugs at 3 in the morning that the co-host had to take over to calm down and go to sleep like a normal person
