Ingredients: 4 cups fresh spinach. 4 large eggs. 1 cup heavy cream. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Grease a baking dish. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream. Add cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Fold in the fresh spinach until evenly distributed. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
