All I ask you to do is to put your hand out in front of you. Put your focus onto it.
Then, I want you to move your focus over to what's behind your hand.
Bingo. You've already done it.
You've just shifted your awareness.
Shifting is the same concept. You are becoming aware of something that already exists. Even if it's not right in front if you that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Just right now, your focusing on here.
Focus on your dr just as you focused on the surrounds behind you're hand. It really is THAT simple.

This method is a bit like the five senses method. But also, not really. This is a very visualization heavy sleep method. So, keep that in mind.
This is basically just my "no method, method" made into a method.

Get relaxed, but not too sleepy.
Put on subliminals if you want, have some tea, whatever works for you.
(Subliminals are not needed, I would go with peaceful music that fits the DR myself. But, do what you want.)
Lay down in a comfortable position. One you would normally fall asleep in.
Close your eyes; stay still and take deep breaths. Let your muscles relax, till you feel like you canât easily move your body; let yourself disconnect from it. You can say your affirmations now, you donât want to use them after this point. (In this method.)
Ones you are in that state of being relaxed, and you are done with your affirmations move on to the next stage of the method.
In stage if a thought about your CR comes up take stock of it, and let go. You can imagine thoughts about your CR as birds going free, butterflies fluttering away, or notes on paper airplanes youâre throwing over a cliff. Whatever works for you.
Now, hold onto the thoughts of your DR only. Donât just think of your DR. Think as your DR self would.Â
Think of what you would in your DR just before going to sleep.
This can be what you did the day before, what you will do tomorrow, a happy thing you think of to help you sleep. Anything your DR self would think of in this state of going to bed.Â
Feel as your DR self would feel. Become as aligned as you can. This is the most important step. Take your time with this, as much as you need.
Picture what you feel in your DR in as much detail as you can.Â
What do you feel emotionally?
Are you happy?
Melancholy?
Love sick?
How does the room feel?
Is the room cold, or warm?
Is it humid, or dry?
What do you smell?
Rain?
Cookies?
Flowers coming in on a breeze?
What are you laying on?
Your bed?
A Couch?
Something else?
What are you sleeping in?
Pajamas?
A robe?
Nothing at all?
Feel your DR and DR self as much as you can. Really try to feel as you would in your DR.Â
â Tip: Try to weigh your thoughts as your DR self would. Like for instance if you are shifting to Harry Potter. Your DR self probably isnât thinking about how cool your wand is. You probably see it more like you see your phone in your CR.
Anything cool just becomes normal after a while. So keep this in mind.
Now. Imagine opening your eyes in your DR.Â
What can you see?
What can you see in the room?
See of your bed?
Your body?Â
Is anyone in the room or bed with you?
Who are they?
How do you feel towards them?
Or are you alone in the room?
Take it all in before closing your eyes and falling asleep. And when you wake up it will be in your DR! <3
â Note: I think itâs very likely to fall asleep and or shift in the aligning with your DR selfâs thoughts and feelings part of this method before the "seeing" part.

My method as a girl whoâs shifted more times than she can count .
cute lil disclaimer, i do not believe methods can bring you to your dr on its own, but i do think they can help you get into a good place mentally when trying!
Also, my previous account was terminated, so if this looks familiar, itâs because itâs a repost (third repost to be exactâŠ)
Last thing, if this doesnât work for you, donât fret . It probably just wasnât your cup of tea, and thatâs fine . Now, onto the method !
â The Oscars Method â
001. make a playlist . It doesnât matter what songs you put, as long as they resonate with you/your dr, itâs fine . I recommend making a pretty lengthy playlist cause youâre gonna be there a while .
002. Close your eyes and meditate for a bit . Think about what you did that day in your cr, how you felt, what you smelt, doesnât matter . let your mind roam freely about your cr , because this will be the last time you think about it for the rest of the method .
003. After a few songs, begin to count to 100 . It doesnât matter how, just get to 100 . i typically count up with my breaths, but it doesnât matter .
004. as you count, begin to affirm you are in your dr . say where you are, what your name is, what youâre currently doing, etc . â i am in my dr.â âMy name is.â
005. Now, once youâre done affirming, i want you to think exactly like your dr self . think about what youâre gonna do that day, who youâre gonna be with, what youâre gonna do, etc . speak in first person here . âIâm so excited to go to that bakery ___ was telling me about.â âMe and my mom ____.â
006. Sooo, by this point, you should be in your dr!
You can also make this an asleep method and just sleep as your saying where you are and what youâre doing !!
Everytime I use it I have a crazy ass shifting experience or shift. Genuinely my fav method !! All my journal entries documenting my results from this method are insane. I shifted the first time I tried this !!
