My “method” as a girl who’s shifted more times than she can count .
cute lil disclaimer, i do not believe methods can bring you to your dr on its own, but i do think they can help you get into a good place mentally when trying!

001. make a playlist . It doesn’t matter what songs you put, as long as they resonate with you/your dr, it’s fine . try to make it lengthy, like 45-55 minutes, unless your okay with it looping back after a while .
002. Close your eyes and play the music . i recommended headphones, but it doesn’t matter . just meditate for now, breathing in and out, reflecting on your day in your car, etc .
003. After a few songs, begin to count to 100 . If you want, every five numbers, you can say an affirmation . I don’t do it regularly, but it helps when i need a push .
004. After you reach 100, start to think in the mind of your drself . You should be feeling kinda loopy by now, which is great . If not, that’s fine too . just start thinking about how your day in your dr is going, what you’re doing, who you’re with, etc . Try to be through and specific .
005. By this point, I’m already in my dr…, and i just wake up . Just keep affirming and talking about what you’re gonna do once you get there until you shift .
I’ve been told this is good as an asleep method as well, which you would just fall asleep after affirming you’re in your dr !
