Hi all, first off we want to say thank you to those who have reached out expressing an issue accessing the checkout menu or the checkout declining during purchase in our shop. Our finance/production mod is contacting BigCartel support trying to figure out what's going wrong with card purchases, though it's a little bit of a tricky issue. We have had multiple successful card, Venmo, and PayPal orders come through the shop, so we're not quite sure what the issue with other card purchases is yet. We don't want you guys to think we're ignoring the issue, as most of the communication about this problem has been in private DMs, so we decided to make a public acknowledgement and reassure everyone we're trying to resolve the issue. We'll post another update when we have some news or a solution, but for now we've been advised to encourage using PayPal to purchase and trying a different browser, though it will likely take a bit longer until we have more solid advice.
