the thing that frustrates me the most about the way anita is treated in young justice is that she's the daughter of a high-ranking d.e.o. agent. she would have been a perfect character to introduce alongside secret. maybe as someone who clashes with young justice at first, because she still believes her father is in the right, but realizes over time she doesn't agree with what the d.e.o. is doing. maybe as someone who's already fighting the d.e.o. from the shadows so her father doesn't know and who eventually joins young justice because she can't fight a whole government agency alone. it would have made such a good conflict for her because how does she handle her father, someone she loves and respects so much, do something that goes against everything she believes in?

Thinking about Barry taking in Thad and immediately being hated by everyone in his family for it. But there is a part of him that just can't give up on him, can't give up on Eobard - Thad was HIS doing, he was the one who solidified that feud in the first place and he WILL make it right. Even at the cost of losing everyone's trust.

when it comes to andreil ppl really do conflate not conforming with relationship norms to not "being" in a relationship which is why there's so many works geared towards "fixing" this by having them get married / label themselves boyfriends / deal w some sort of insecurity or miscommunication regarding their relationship security so that they can "be in a relationship" completely disregarding that that IS whats happening at the end of the series it just doesn't fit in the "normal" box and well. Annoys Me.
