Hero Partner Week 2026 ! ♥
It's that time of the year again !
That time when my favorite Pokémon Spin-Off Games have an entire week to shine : Hero Partner Week !!
Thank you very much @heropartnerweek for hosting this event every single year. We love you all so much !!! ♥ It's thanks to you that the Mystery Dungeon Series is still alive ! (And of course all the people who participate as well ♥)
Here is this year's Prompt List ! :
Back in 2024, I did my Explorers of Sky Team, consisting of Gwladys the ♀ Eevee and Tonbee the ♂ Shinx.
Last year, I did my DX Team ; Lacerta the ♀ Totodile and Ilyès the ♂ Cubone.
For this edition, it's time for my Gates to Infinity to rise ! Follow the adventures of Spring the ♂ Axew and Sue-Tzu the Oshawott !!!

Day 1 ; Sunday May 31st : First Adventure / Mishaps / Errands
I think it's easy to forget that, in Gates to Infinity, the first Mishap that our hero has to get through, is falling to what seemed to be an inevitable death as he was sent to the Pokémon World. Damn they were so violent in this game's introduction ! ...
Day 2 ; June 1st : Crossover / Fusion / Music
Fusing our 2 Heroes to make one singular cute hero ? Why not ? Axewott at your service ! (or maybe Oshaxew ? But I think the first option sounded better in my opinion)
What would the fused name of Spring and Sue-Tzu would sound like ? Spring-Tzu ? Sue-Spring ? I don't know...
Day 3 ; June 2nd : Celebration / Scars / Favorite Place
It can be very dangerous on the outside World...
Spring's scars are a reminder of his brutal arrival to this World, with it's fin and one of his teeth having shattered on the impact to the solid ground... + extra scratches from it... Honestly though, it could have been worse.
Sue-Tzu, on the other hand, have it's scar from a battle against its evolved form, Samurott, who slashed it straight through the stomach, where was located its shell. Thank God it's shell is still intact, so it can hide it underneath it.
Day 4 : June 3rd : Warmth & Cold / Dawn & Dusk / Hope & Desperation / Connection & Loneliness
"I can't help to think that, in another reality, you may have never found me when I was at my lowest... When I collapsed onto the ground, your voice would have not been there to wake me up, to save me from my possible de*th... I could still be able to come back somehow... I don't know how... Maybe my determination to stay alive ? Especially after being sent to this World to "save it".
I would wake up, limping, maybe even bleeding out, or maybe it could have been internally only... I limped my way through the nearest cave I could find, to at least find some shelter in a way... But even so ? How could I heal ? I have nothing... Nothing but this humid and dark cave... All I could do was crafting a little bed to at least sleep, and maybe rest and heal from my injuries, at least feel a little better.
You would have made friends, while I was alone, with my face and body disfigured, with no one to help me out...
You would have lived, I would have probably ended up in the grave...
I can't help but thinking of this horrendous scenario, even though it never happened... I'm glad I got you by my side to save me from this terrible alternate reality..."
Yeah this one is a bit sad and all, but remember that this is an Alternate Universe ! It did not officially happened !
Day 5 ; June 4th : Travel / Flowers / Memory
At first I went with "Travel", but at the same time, I think it can work for "Memory" as well, hence why I'm counting both.
Traveling around the globe with your friends and companions is one of the best things in the World !
Ever since Virizion decided to join the team, the 3 of them absolutely love to go on adventures when they have free time. Let's say it was their guilty pleasure. Together with Vilmaris (that's Virizion's name), they can reach out places they couldn't reach alone. Vilmaris's speed and agility allows them to dicover tons of beautiful landscapes they never thought they have so close to their home. All together, they share unforgettable memories that they get to brag about for a long time being...
Day 6 ; June 5th : Prologue / Epilogue
You failed in your quest. Despite your best efforts, your quest was for naught. You never made a single attempt to ever return, betraying your friends, leaving Sue-Tzu to perhaps die along with their hopes and dreams. Are you happy with that choice ?
Day 7 ; June 6th : Free Day / Previous Prompt
Themes Chosen : Return (2024 Day 6 ; May 24th (and other days in previous prompts as well) & Evolution (2024 Day 2 ; May 20th)
No... You were not happy with your choice... You thought the Pokémon World would be safe after you decided to leave them, but you realized the opposite happened... Everything in their World was crumbling, and your friends were slowly dying one by one if you didn't do anything but leaving. Feeling guilty of your actions as you realize it was not the real solution, you decided to ultimately come back. With its last strength of energy, Hydreigon managed to bring you back as the Axew that you looked like as you arrived in their World. But this time around, you arrived slowly, and not falling down. And so, as a result, you didn't receive the scars that you've had after your horrible fall. You were back as a regular Axew and couldn't help but cry at the sight of your partner on the ground, unconscious, and bleeding out. But your come back in this World suddenly stopped the World from shattering into pieces. The Pokémon are now safe, the only one missing was Sue-Tzu. With your light back into this World, Sue-Tzu's unconscious and injured body began to rise in the light, and it starts to change. Sue-Tzu was evolving into a Dewott, and this evolution allows it to actually come back to life, with its injuries slowly fading away as it turns into its evolved form.
Now it's only a matter of time before Sue-Tzu wakes up and realizes its friend is back just for them, leaving his real World behind once and for all...
What an amazing journey that was ! I think it was too short honestly... A week goes on so fast ! WHY ?!
