Trans super-per-day #145: Soulflare!  The main character of Comic Shop of Horror is Joshea Robin, who is a transwoman and shaman that, through her connection to the god/dess Aten (an Engyption god, even though Joshea notes she's probably Igbo), can fly, glow and heal others.  Her magic it tied to her nature of being between genders.  She's later tied to another God when Aten becomes physical and a hero in their own right.

Robin is the team mom. Though she can fight, her powers are much less physical in nature so she ends up falling into a pattern of support. She makes snacks and designs costumes because she wants to be a fashion designer (she already makes cosplay costumes for extra income). She's also kind of a neutral ground between Phantomique's seriousness and Sunny's contempt for everything, being more balanced and middle of the road. She kinda reacts to danger like an actual person, being a little panicky, cautious and not particularly wanting to die. She tends to get worked up over a lot and quick to panic, but her knowledge of comic books actually makes her good at what she does.

Sunny doesn't like authority and more often than not wants to take the law into her own hands. She is all for solving problems with violence and destroying the system that creates problems rather than working within it. She and Phantomique butt heads a lot, but she actually likes Phantomique the best, to an odd degree. She really enjoys teasing her friends and roughhousing, but will bite people who threaten them. No seriously, she bites.

Soulflare is what I've been working on for the past couple of months. It is part of an anthology I'm trying to put together that spun out of making Phantomique (which I still haven't finished). This and Phanomique  are attempts at making a trans superhero that I can identity with.
