It’s.. ok… to not be ok right now

It's ok to not hit that daily word count.

To be so distracted you can't read more than a single page of a book before needing to look at your phone.

To DoorDash dinner because you're too tired to cook.

To drink 12 beers even though just last night you said you'd quit.

We're under more stress than any generation in history.

Every other day is its own World War 3.

Masked government thugs abducting people in the streets.

An orange cheeto in the White House.

An escalating war in the Middle East raising the cost of everything.

And on top of all of that...

There's a freaking pandemic still happening that no one wants to talk about.

So yeah.. if that load of laundry seems impossible?

If the most you did today was doomscroll?

It's... ok.
