you show your boss all the value you've brought to the company over the past couple years, all your accomplishments at work, all the times you solved problems that could have ended badly for the company. you prepare metrics, concrete examples, and even words of praise from your coworkers.

your boss looks it all over, asks you some questions, thinks carefully and then says,

"you only have three family friends."

"go spend the evening having a 4-hour pillow fight outside with the paper boy, and then I'll reconsider."

I’m very tempted by Keoni’s TS2 Sims in Bloom Challenge. I even made an experimental sim for it and I already love him. But man, I hate setting up towns, and there aren’t any unpopulated neighborhoods out there that I’ve found that fit the vision I’m thinking about. c,:

#I love custom neighborhoods but I am NOT a planner oh man #that’s why my Stardew farms are never finished #and why I can’t get far in games like cities skylines #give me a big blank canvas and my creative ability just flatlines #I’m gonna look for like #the smallest terrain map I can find #and probably download a bunch of cc free lots #god I hope the randomized gardening club members will be cute #my sim is so handsome and he deserves a cutie in return
