went to this new Japanese restaurant at Stamford Hotel to celebrate my parents' birthday.

I had the Sushi sashimi boat, Kaiseki Bento and Roasted Wagyu Fillet.

Overall the food are pretty good.

All sushi and sashimi are very fresh and tasty. I can claim that they have the best sashimi amongst all Japanese restaurant in Adelaide.

The roasted wagyu fillet is superb, so tender and delicious.

One little downside are the teriyaki chicken and kingfish in the bento. They are a bit tasteless as sauce is not enough and not marinated enough.

went to this Korean restaurant while I was in Brisbane for the long weekend. I had the seafood pancake and spicy pork bibimbap.

The pancake tastes OK. The bibimbap is served in hot stone bowl. It is good but super SPICY! so don't order if you can't have spicy food.

It also comes with complimentary kimchi and other side dishes.

It tastes fresh, as it has own layer of watermelon fruit. I don't feel that guilty having that as a dessert...heheee

One of my must go while I was in Melbourne/Sydney.

Their roti and satay are always my favourite malaysian disheds. They just taste so good... I also like the way they "throw" the roti from the glass window at the front of the shop.

Nasi Lemak is good too, although it is a bit too hot for me.

Have been to Hans for many months now, it has become ne of my favourite Jap/Korean restaurant in Adelaide. They have different variety of japanese and korean food, including sushi.

My favourites are their bento, bibimbap and teriyaki udon.

99% of their menu are super nice. Staff are very nice, patient and willing to help.
