A year ago today, I never would have thought you'd confess. Hell, I was working up my own courage to do it. (Well.. y'know. I was supposed to do it sooner, but whatever.) Everywhere I go, I see a little piece of you, and my day gets a little better.

Above all else, you've been an amazing friend. An even better partner. You've given me something I genuinely thought I'd never have, and that's a future to look forward to. You listen, you give advice, you sit there and give a shoulder to cry on. You let me be myself in such an unfiltered way, and I love it. I love you for it.

The quiet times, the loud ones, every moment I have with you is amazing to me. You've shown me so much good within myself and in the world.
