Just me this week, and also this was Saturday dinner as race time is 6am and I, thankfully, don’t have to eat breakfast that early anymore.

So! Bread with stuff, basically, as I made brandada (serious eats) and pa amb tomàquet. No link for the latter as you literally just rub garlic and tomato on your bread, but the loaf was this one from the spruce. Had a bit of a rough one trying to get recipes written by locals this time around, and ultimately failed…

Delicious though! Served with a green salad and a glass of wine it all made an excellent dinner for early summer.
