The next time the Trojans go to an away game, Jeremy sleeps the whole time. At first his head is just hanging down, but Jean worries that it’s going to hurt his neck if he’s in that position too long so he puts his hand on the side of Jeremy’s head and slowly tilts his head to the side so his head is resting on Jean’s shoulder. When Jeremy wakes up at some point during a rest stop, he’s still against Jean’s shoulder and he worries he put himself there at some point during his nap and he made Jean uncomfortable. He stammers out an apology but Jean shrugs it off and tells Jeremy “if you were comfortable, stay. I put you there.” Jeremy just stares at him at first but then he slowly rest his head back down onto Jean’s shoulder and falls asleep again. Dare I say it was the best sleep Jeremy’s had in a while.

when Jeremy gets kicked out of his house, everyone will rally around him and support him in every way they can. but somewhere deep inside, Cat, Laila, and Jean, the part of them that has been biting its tongue for years, will be screaming: “FINALLY!! You’re fucking free from those bastards.”
