so im not a stranger to making depressing thoughts/jokes but this one really got me thinking

my mother is a wonderful person, no doubt. She got me up to where I am rn. I’m a star student. I have good marks and im in a good university. Alhamdulillah. I will forever be grateful to her for support growing up

Once I got that freedom to explore my interests… I realised that I relish criticism. I relish having someone degrade me even if I cry about it later. My one liner to my friends whenever they look at my work (writing or doodles) is ‘no criticism is bad criticism’.

whenever someone is nice to me I have try to look for motives or reasons on why they would be nice to me. I don’t believe them.
