Yeah, that can happen! When you do a lot of exercise like that, especially over and over without a break, it can mess with your blood pressure, your hydration levels, things like that.
It's not necessarily a danger sign unless you already struggle with your heart rate, blood pressure, etc, but it's often a sign from your body that you need a break, something to eat, some water, something like that.
You can always talk to your doctor about it but it is fairly common with orgasming a lot of doing a bunch of exercise that raises your heart rate significantly without a break/s.
Just don't try to jump to your feet immediately afterwards or something like that as it can make you shaky/throw your balance off and make sure to take care of yourself afterwards (snack, water, sit/lie down) and you should be fine.
