Aquilon, bronze sculpture by César Orrico, first prize winner at ARC-salon 2020 César Orrico from Spain is new at Galerie Bonnard. The sculptures are on show in our gallery since this week, also on our website starting today. This attached sculpture ‘Aquilon’ is one of them. Yesterday this statue won the largest art prize for these sculptures. ‘The ARC-Salon’ in the United States awarded César no less than three prizes for his three submitted images. That’s great for him, of course. We’re proud! We saw his work a few months ago and started talking to him about a collaboration. There was an immediate click and as a result two boxes of images came our way. The young Spanish artist works in wood and bronze and in combinations of these two materials. Very special!!!
