2PM – What time is it? Tour Live in Manila. 2013 just started and I just had one of the best highlights of my life! Let me share to you what happened:

It started in February 21, 2013 12:50 PM. I got 3 missed calls from unknown number. Honestly, I ignored it because I just had my lunch and I thought it’s one of the companies who religiously call me if I’m available for interviews. Haha. How about NO? Anyway, on the 4th call, I decided to answer it.

Me: Hello?

Hoopla: Hi, this is April. I’m from Hoopla. Is this Monica?

Me: Yes.

Hoopla: Hi, Monica. Please be informed that you won a meet and greet with 2PM!

Me: Weh?

Hoopla: Yes po J

Me: Paano nangyari?! (nagpapanic na)

Hoopla : Paano po ba kayo bumili ng ticket? Sa SM po ba?

Me: Yes po.

Hoopla: Ayun, raffle siya. And nabunot ka J

Me: Weh!

Hoopla: Oo nga! Hahaha. Please wait for our email. Text us your email address.

Me: Ok. Bye!

And from there, I can’t stop thinking about the boys. Is this really happening? Am I gonna see them forreals?! OHMYGOSH. So around 1:00 PM I waited for their email. But didn’t receive any. Come 3:00PM, I decided to text them about the email.

  Apparently, it was in my SPAM Folder! Ang waley! Right after I received the email, I hurriedly printed it. Ohmygosh. This is real! Legit! I am gonna see the Hottest boys! Waaaaaaaah!!

  March 2, 2013 – I woke up around 9:00 AM. Decided to do 2PM soundtripping before prepping up in the Meet and greet. ACK! Left the house at 3:00 PM and met up with a good kPOP friend of mine, Nica. Arrived at MoA around 4, quick merienda before the meet and greet assembly.

I was on time, arrived at the assembly one hour before. Yes! Anyway, it took us an hour before we get in.

  6:00 PM – THE MOMENT OF TRUTH.

We were assembled at the 3rd floor of MoA Arena. There were a lot of people, Hoopla staff, 2PM staff, bouncers, guards. Oh my gosh. THIS IS LEGIT!!

  They appeared. They were there. Everything’s a blur. Everything’s in slow motion. I was just a feet away from them. I lost my hearing with all the screamings of the fans. That moment was insane……..ly awesome.

  I saw Nichkhun! I smiled at him, he smiled back. That cute smirk face melted my heart. You are so cute. I love you to death! Ack!

After the photo op, I heard the bouncer “pila daw kayo ulit, meron daw surprise sainyo” – surprise?! We patiently waited for a good 5 minutes, met new HOTTEST friends, too. :)

  As we were settled on the 2nd floor, the hoopla management decided to upgrade our tickets from Upperbox to VIP TICKETS! Bitches! VIP tickets!!!! Oh my goodness!! Thank you so much hoopla!!!!!

  The concert started at 8:00 PM. The rest was history. As much as I want to share my close-up pictures to everyone, I realized, MEH. I’ll just keep them to myself. Haha! (Selfish, I know).

  Over-all – I had fun. I really do. There were a lot of mishap during the concert, but you know, it’s always like that. There was no perfect concert. A technical difficulty is normal. Let’s not put all the blame to the productions. But to be honest, I was really sad when all people in GA got upgraded in UpperBox and Upperbox to LowerBox. Not that I’m selfish or what, but does that mean, not all Hottest were able to attend the concert? =( The promoters can do better than this, right? Everything’s put in a rush. They started selling tickets around January. 2 months preparation is such a short notice. Not everyone have that huge amount of money. Most are students who have to skip lunch just to save up for tickets. There was a huge difference when tickets were sold around November! Or they could have done discounted tickets in groupon, ensogos or what. Sayang. :( I hope this can be considered as a lesson to all productions.

… today I saw a boy, and I wondered if he noticed me, he took my breath away. – Britney Spears. I love writing and sharing stories about my daily life since I was in highschool. Why? Just so I can actually re-read them in the future. When I was in high school, visiting Papemelroti shop in SM North Edsa (IKR) was a mandatory task. That’s like a haven of pretty, cute, wooden, brown stuff! That was also the place where I buy gifts during Christmas because it is affordable for a student like me! HIH. Then, one Saturday of 2004, they released this cute little planner, then bam! I fell..in..love! Ack, the smell of brown paper! ^.^ Super love. I immediately bought one for myself and use them. It’s worth P19.75! I checked their site right now and apparently, they still sell them at the same price. That’s awesome. 

Imagine the tiny boxes a day! I seriously had a hard time putting my fun stories into words. I actually wanted a bigger one, but Papemelroti doesn’t have it. *sobs* Until one of my friends introduced me to the Starbucks planner!

Since I really can’t afford to buy coffees 18 times (I’m a cheap student who prefer food than expensive coffees), first and second planners were gifts to me. Also, I used them, i didn't miss a day writing my stories. 

I've been a Starbucks Planner collector since 2007 - hoping to collect until 2040!! Hehe :) 

Updating my personal Tumblr account, just because (1) I don’t update this account as much as I open my instagram app (2) I’m super bored. I’m not complaining but I’m not used to doing nothing. Hehe. Pardon me as I attended A LOT OF PARTIES and a wedding for this month. Haha. I feel so normal! CHOZ. Let’s do this!!

December 1 – CLIQUE super early Christmas party. House party. Magic sing all night! :)

December 5 – Messaging and Collaboration team Christmas party. We also performed Oppa Gangnam Style. Hahaha! Crayzehhhhh

December 8 – Team Biglaan Christmas celebration / PS3 party. Party started at 3PM and ended at 1AM. 

December 9 – Lionel & Jackelyn Cuando Wedding. Cutest couple i've ever met. I love them. 11 yrs!!

December 12 – HP Christmas party. Super hero theme! Hosted by Ramon Bautista with performance by Stonefree and Urbandub! Super awesome cakes! Look at the goodies as well! I love it.

December 14 – DAMAHAF Christmas party. Quick dinner at Mesa Greenbelt, Desserts at Mary Grace and quick booze at Cable cars :)

December 21 – Mike’s team dinner at Chow fun. Mike invited me since it was my first time to try out this resto, not a fan of chinese food but this one is an exception. Super sarap! Try it. Located somewhere in San Juan. Hehe

December 22 – Team Awesome Christmas Party / Highschool reunion. House party. We tagged some batchmates and turned into a mini reunion! Super fun! :) From exchange gifts to drunk gummy bears to beerpong. I love it. One of the best parties i've attended. :D

December 25 – Mike’s departure to Dubai. He’ll be back in a month. I’m gonna miss him.

So I'm here passing my entry for the Bigbang alive tour promo. :)

Before anything else, I would just like to say to you guys that I didn't use big words to impress or to sound brainy. Cause I believe that I can let you guys understand what am I saying even I don't use big words.

These are just my words + your profound understanding + our love for Bigbang.

  GARNET RED – Kwon Jiyong a.k.a G-Dragon

He is indeed red. You know why? Cause he is as hot as fire and as powerful as dragon. Our absolute one-of-a-kind fashion leader. His confidence is fiercely red. He can do everything, from composing songs to producing albums to designing his own clothes and of course to make me fall in love with him. HA!

Red also symbolizes his flaming passion for his career and love for the Bigbang members. Red fits his personality color. He, maybe hard leader because he settles for the best.

He is not afraid to express his feelings through songs, just like today. He released That XX containing harsh words so it ended up censoring the lyrics.

  SAPPHIRE BLACK – Choi Seunghyun a.ka. T.O.P

T.O.P is mysterious as black. From not-wearing-Shirts, sleeveless shirts, having his own villa and not living with the members (FYI, in Seoul, all groups used to live together, to keep them close, I think?)

T.O.P has this i-don’t-give-a-damn and i-don’t-feel-like-dancing vibe on the stage, yet he is performer. There’s something in him that girls goes gaga for – and I get affected by it. Haha!

We have to accept the fact that T.O.P's mysteriousness makes him attractive. Attractive, in a sense, that he doesn't need to wear v-neck shirts and to brag six-pack abs. It's just him and his mysteriousness – I said it again, he is just so damn mysterious!

But let's not forget his eargasm deep voice and his eyes that can make fan girls pregnant. HAHAHAHAHA. T.O.P the sex God according to a random korean poll.

  PEBBLE BLUE – Lee Seunghyun a.k.a Seungri

Blue is everybody’s "favorite color" so is Seungri. All the VIPs out there will agree if I say that Seungri is fan’s favorite. The maknae of the group yet he does the entire job when it comes to promoting. The maknae who got his own academy, Seungri Academy. The maknae who is actively promoting alone in Japan. He got the sweetest voice that Bigbang needs.

TITANIUM GREY – Dong  Youngbae a.k.a Taeyang

Taeyang the R&B guy of Bigbang. The dancing machine. The energetic among the energetic among the rest (You have no idea!). And the guy who does all the talking during press conference, interview, TV guestings, which is very intellectual.

Taeyang, the wedding dress guy. HAHAHA Taeyang really looks very classy wearing his black and white vest and that hat. Gray is just simple color yet it gives you the feeling of being appealing for being simple just like Taeyang. :)

  MARBLE WHITE – Kang  Daesung a.k.a Daesung

The boy with the voice of an angel and VIPs usually calls him as the smiling angel. The main vocal of Bigbang. Seriously, Daesung and White are so similar that they both projects purity and cleanliness. Daesung has this angelic aura. Add to it his newest solo single wings. :)

I never imagined that this guy can really hit high notes gracefully and heavenly. If you guys don't hear their song a fool's only tears, you SHOULD listen to it. And hear his soulful voice that could melt your backbone and you'll feel like you're in heaven.

Also, I'm an owner of a Galaxy S3 - Marble White, my favorite color, so is Daesung :P

September 1, 2012 – My very first time to attend a wedding of someone close to me, but not a relative.  So pardon my overflowing kiligness! Hahaha. Plus – it was my first time to watch/see an actual “Same Day Edit” video. Sorry na! “Weh! Same day edit?! May ganon?!” haha! Anyways, watch the video. I have a few parts of it! If there’s something I like about having a musically-inclined family that is to appreciate all kinds of genres. From rock, to pop, hiphop, classic, country, kpop, r&b, OPM. That’s why when I found that Parokya Ni Edgar will have an album launch for their Inuman Session Vol. 2 – I’M IN!

We got in Eastwood area around 6:00 PM, and boy! Long lane until Starbucks in City walk! My friend and I decided not fall in line anymore. We had this idea to sit in certain restaurants in the area, but I guess, everyone had the same idea, no? Lol.

We spotted Bigoli’s second floor! Hah! There’s this spot straight right to the center stage. PROOF:

Of course, we’re not that mean to just “tambay”. We still had dinner and bought pasta, pizza, salad and dessert! Odba, whole set!

At 8:00 PM, the “album launch” started! Finally! After 2 hours, argh. It was raining hard by the way.

Chito Miranda was very apologetic for those who weren’t able to get in the venue. Also, naubos ang albums. Haha! They were supposed to sing 6 songs. But, since “pang-bawi” they sang almost 12 songs. Awesome right?!

Right after the concert, we decided to hang out and continue the INUMAN SESSION at Dencio’s. It felt so good to see old friends again. Haven’t seen some of them for quite some time already. What a night! So much fun!

Blog should be full of write-ups, daily story of life, movie reviews, food reviews, photography, music, etc – not INSTAGRAM posts! Or INSTABLOG! Grr.. And now, my blog defines every bit of it. My last decent blog was about my boyfriend’s surprise gift last Valentine’s day! That was so 6 months ago. Grr.. I was active then. It must be the work.

 I’m so walang kwenta for the lack of updates. I mean, not that you care dba, this is my blog.

JANUARY: My first trip abroad – Bangkok!

APRIL: It was my boyfriend’s 25th birthday! I made a surprise party at Music 21 in Timog. Everyone’s there, his entire circle of friends! Here’s a video

JUNE: Watched New Kids On The Block – BackStreet Boys concert at SM Arena! Oh my god. It was AWESOME!

JUNE: Finished reading 50 Shades Trilogy. Hihi. Yes – I am a sucker to love stories that are too sweet to handle. I swear. Christian Grey is just damn filthy rich and HOT.

JULY: Most hated month. Check this out.

JULY: Had a tooth surgery and a week after that, I was diagnosed to DENGUE – 2 weeks. All happened on the same month. Crazy right? I so hate July.

AUGUST: Purchased a Galaxy S3. Hahaha. Sorry, I just had to include it here. YAY to a lot of long weekends for this month. Wohoo!

Valentine's day 2012.
