anyway…. Cloud x Yuffie may sound like a silly crackship on the surface, but I really think their personalities fit together perfectly. and they have shades of each other's character traits, too. even though he's all Mr. Serious Business (tm) most of the time, Cloud does have some silliness and whimsy left in him. he's not a completely humorless husk (though compared to Yuffie he does have an extremely dry sense of humor)

likewise, Yuffie often acts dopey or irreverent, but she can be serious and lock in when she has to. and has deep hurts and longings just like Cloud does, but pretends that she doesn't (just like Cloud does) so they'd make a perfect match IMO
