i was gonna make this more in-depth but since there are so many of them i’m gonna say one thing about each of them in my own person headcanon

dan - i wrote a post about dan being a crier even when her emotions aren’t necessarily “cry worthy” emotions. and just to build off of that i love the juxtaposition of dan being “emotional” but she’s also this immovable object. she feels things so powerfully that she needs to react in some way and that’s crying. but that’s where her passion lies. she’s understandably upset when she finds out that coach is kevin’s dad. but she powers through that, talks with kevin, and keeps going. i think it would be super cool to explore dan experiencing her emotions and letting herself feel and then getting back to business. i just...like thinking about that (as someone who doesn’t spend a lot of time feeling my emotions)

allison - *nsfw-ish* LOVE the idea of allison being a one night stand queen. and she has so much fun with it. it’s like a personal challenge to her. her and the girls go to a bar in that off campus town and give allison a challenge for the night. everyone has a good time. even the person who allison flirts with

renee - i’m not sure i’ll keep applying this to renee after writing this but at the moment this is what im thinking. i’m listening to dark songs while surrounded by blankets and squishmallows. like, that’s renee’s personality to a t on a surface level. i really want to explore renee on a more complex level someday. how she battles who she was with who she is now. how did that affect her personality? what parts of her were lost forever because of what happened to her? is she ever able to reconcile that and find a person she’s 100% comfortable with? (i don’t think she’s ‘happiest’ yet in tfc. i think there are still parts of her she’s not content with yet even though it’s been so long since she’s ‘rebuilt’)

thea - i love my little backstory that i’m building for her. the overachiever who made it big in her high school. everyone was so proud of her bc she was a “homegrown [insert high school mascot here].” she takes that mentality with her to the ravens even though she isn’t the Top anymore. she’s got the leadership mentality. she may fall into the raven mindset and i think that just makes her all the more complex. how does she break out of that in the future? how is her first pro team vastly different from the ravens?

katelyn - katelyn kinda ties in to thea because i’m building a lil backstory from before katelyn gets to psu. i like to think they’re from the same high school and katelyn really admires thea. she doesn’t have the same sports drive that thea does, but katelyn liked working with thea in other extracurriculars because thea knew how command a group and get them to get shit done. despite the age difference, when thea visits psu, she bumps into katelyn in the dorms and they have a brief “oh hey!” moment (or something like that)
