There’s a boy, his age, maybe, though taller and more elegant and more quiet, staring at him from somewhere above, before taking his hand—and there it is, again, the touch of metal on skin.

“Hello, Han Jisung,” Minho says; his smile is wide, the corners of his lips curling up in an interesting feline manner that fascinates Jisung. “So why aren’t you in class?”

“I didn’t know you worked here!” the boy gasped, obviously thrilled to see Jisung.

Jisung stared at him, his sleep deprived brain failing to put a name to the smiling face in front of him. But the boy clearly knew him, so Jisung did his best to lace familiarity into his voice as he answered, “Ah, yeah, I just switched shifts. I used to do afternoons.”
