No blinding light, just our hands clasped so tight

Made this post about 15 minutes after the repair guy who fixed the pump on my dishwasher packed up his tools and left, as the dishwasher was whirring along doing my dishes from that morning.

Tisha B'Av, or the ninth of Av(a month in the Jewish calender), is a Jewish annual fast day of atonement and mourning for the destruction of both Jewish Temples in Jerusalem. The first by the Babylonian empire, and the second, the biggest most luxurious and beautiful temple in the Roman world, by Titus and the roman army after a besieging Jerusalem.

Its a day without food, music and joy and of lamenting the destroyed and praying for it to be rebuilt.

And thus was the holy house burnt down, without Cæsar’s approbation.Now, although any one would justly lament the destruction of such a work as this was; since it was the most admirable of all the works that we have seen, or heard of; both for its curious structure, and its magnitude, and also for the vast wealth bestowed upon it, as well as for the glorious reputation it had for its holiness:
