My two current safe foods that I eat at least one of a day, today I will absolutely have both, cause I'm tired. Shin kimchi noodles with half the pack of soup powder in a frying pan, boil noodles and a cup of water on high, then throw a handfull of quorn bits into it. 3 minutes in to the 5 minute boiling process add a splash of cream (I use oatly so it's technically a vegan dish??) Potatoes cubed, tofu cubed, peppers cub...sliced, chickpeas. In a bowl add a little oil or melted butter, msg, curry powder, salt, smoked paprika and vegeta vegetable powder (knorr also works). Toss to coat everything. Airfryer for 17 minutes. sprinkle nutritional yeast on afterwards.
