Racism against Indians is actually a little insane when you consider how widespread it is even among liberals and leftists . Even people who consider themselves to be progressive will laugh at call center or tech support jokes. All scammers are inherently indian. It’s okay to laugh at jokes making fun of Indians for their feelings towards animals or how they drive. India is inherently backwards and dirty so it’s okay to make jokes about getting food poisoning from even looking at indian food

You are aware that a fictional character is just a rhetorical construct designed to fulfill a narrative/thematic purpose right? That their actions are written by an author who wants to use them to explore complex ideas and moral gray areas within the safe confines of fiction right? That they aren't a real person who has killed real people right?

The biggest difference between an adult and a child is their social position with regards to the family. Not their mental state, not their ~biological development~, not their relevant experience with the world (even if it may be somewhat relevant on average). A teenager is usually more reactive, when they are more reactive, because they are under more fucking pressure, have less control of their circumstances, and their reactions are taken less seriously by everyone around them than your typical adult (which contributes further to things they feel strongly about being treated as frivolous, even when it isnt!) Imagine you were put back in the position of a teenager, as you are right now; how well would you handle that. For a day? For a week? for a month? A year? Five years? I don't think puberty is the thing that makes teenagers different from you, and I don't think teenagers are that different from you, on a fundamental level. I think the biggest difference is your political circumstances, which a lot of you take for granted.
