— this one is also talked about a lot, but it truly does wonders for me! especially for fame drs, interview questions make you stop and think about what your dr self would say in that exact moment, and why your mindset is placed there. for non fame-drs, the point can still stand! having the questions come from somebody you haven’t met before, or even a memory of meeting your s/o or someone important in your life, romantic or not.

— food!! lowkey embarrassing but i have sections in my scripts and pinterest boards for the food in my dr. it’s a big motivation factor for me 𐔌՞ ܸ.ˬ.ܸ՞𐦯. making some of the food that’s in your dr or even having small snacks that your dr self would eat and such. for example, i have a better cr where im a writer who lives above a cafe that i own (aka barista fic storyline with my s/o hehe), so i might take myself on a solo cafe date and order a coffee with a small pastry while working on my script!

𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐀𝐍 𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐄𝐖𝐒𝐊𝐈 is someone one might think wouldn't get as far as he has. his journey on ice began at thirteen, age some would deem “too late”, with no prior experience. he stumbled a lot at first, fell far too many times, and with discouragement watched from the sidelines as kids much younger than him made ice skating look so effortless. later on he would assume his success was tied to meeting a daughter of retired figure skaters—emilia, far less overcome with worry than the boy, full of energy like a force of nature. she was the complete opposite of the boy, but for whatever reason, she took a liking to him. she gladly taught him everything she knew, and with guidance from her parents, and later on his coaches, in a few years milan ended up standing on podiums of international competitions.
what particularly catches attention about his skating is his attention to detail. as an art student and self-proclaimed perfectionist, he rarely trusts anyone else to fulfill his artistic vision, so everything, from choreography to costumes, is created by him. when he steps on the ice, every move matters. each step, transition, even the smallest hand move is meticulously arranged to create a coherent whole. what he wears is not insignificant either—he has become known for his self-sewn costumes, hand-painted skates, and experimentation with make-up and face paint. people call him ‘talented’, but he would call himself ‘obsessed’. obsessed with trying new things, getting better, and pushing the barriers—his own, and of the sport itself.
he doesn't shy away from speaking about the things he values, especially when it comes to topics of queerness and mental health. growing up neurodivergent and bisexual himself was never easy. every attempt at connecting with his peers has made him feel like the odd one—too emotional, not masculine enough. he has always seen it as an obstacle preventing him from living the life he wished he had. in figure skating though, he embraced his differences. not exactly because he wanted to, but because it's that kind of sport that requires you to leave a little bit of yourself on the ice. in the end, that's what made him stand out.
milan and emilia, following their successes on the international stage, were met with rapid popularity in their home country. though they don’t exactly embody the traditional polish values, even conservatives can’t really complain. the facts are—they do win medals for the country. in their spare time, the two like to, according to their words, make homophobes mad, play dnd, and belt out musical theatre songs.

Shifting and and manifesting are about comfort
I want to remind you that shifting and manifestation are first and foremost about comfort and doing what you enjoy. If you’re doing something you don’t like, you’re the one boxing yourself in and getting in your own way.
You don’t have to chase someone else’s success or tear yourself apart to get what you want. You should enjoy being a manifester and a shifter. It shouldn’t be an obligation — it should bring you pleasure.
Guys, less stress, seriously. None of this is worth your energy and nerves, because shifting and manifesting are things anyone can do. There are methods and personal ways to do it, but the most important thing is how you feel. Relax, make yourself a cup of tea, put on your favorite movie. Forget about shifting and manifesting for a moment. Everything is already there — you don’t need to grind like a tired horse. You already have it all, and you’re already a master of manifesting and shifting.
Endless struggling only amplifies the negativity and keeps you stuck — because you’re focusing on the fact that you don’t have the result yet and that you have to grind.

shifting method for lazy and loud minds.
this method is very simple. it's for people who don't feel like organizing a whole method or putting in a lot of effort(because you don't need to), and people who have very messy brains that are always thinking and never shut up. it's all about affirming and optionally visualizing. step 1 : get comfy. lay down, go to bed, do it awake, eyes opened, idc. whatever position works best for you. step 2 : start affirming. "holy shit i'm in my DR!! this is crazy i actually shifted, oh my goody goodness this is for real!!!" exactly like that, i'm not kidding literally just go crazy with it. step 3 : Now as your affirm, start to throw in what is currently happening in your DR, you can visualise as well, but you don't have to! if your shifting to an mha DR for example "holy moly i'm recieving my first tailored hero suit!!! holy moly i'm getting ready for training!! blah blah whatever you want" and now just do that till you shift or whatever, you can also do this for reaching the void state or any other state you want if you so please! this method helps me a lot as someone who has a LOT of thoughts, my own thoughts overlap sometimes and doubts, getting sidetracked, etc can be a big problem for me. this method helps a lot, if you're thoughts are loud, you just have to be louder, yknow. so yeah. have fun shifting!
I actually use this method a lot, just that instead of getting excited, I stress myself over "shit, I have my interview with Principal Nezu at 8 and I still don't know what to wear!" Stuff like that, it's one of my favorite methods, specially paired with a meditation to connect with your DR Self.
HYPNAGOGIA AND HYPNOPOMPIA

WHAT IS HYPNAGOGIA AND HYPNOPOMPIA
— hypnagogia is the transition state between wakefulness and sleep. hypnopompia, on the contrary, is a condition that occurs during the transition state from sleep into wakefulness. both of these states are accompanied by involuntary thoughts, images, fragments of memories, as well as vivid visual and auditory hallucinations (like waking dreams), often along with sensations of levitation or falling — during hypnagogia or hypnapompia, your body is relaxed but your mind is active, making your subconscious mind receptive. “during hypnagogia, you are in a powerful state in which every assumption instantly bypasses your conscious mind, going directly to your subconscious; being absorbed like a sponge thus easily believing anything”
SYMPTOMS
visual hallucinations: flashes of light, geometric shapes or patterns, vivid images of people, animals, or scenes auditory hallucinations: music, voices, knocking, buzzing, ringing, whisper, hearing your name, explosions, bangs tactile and somatic hallucinations: sensations of floating, flying, falling, rotating, swaying, rubbing, light touch, bugs crawling on the skin hypnic jerks: sudden muscle spasms or jerks that may wake a person up, often associated with a falling sensation. in my own case, i observed that the index finger rose on its own or the hand clenched into a fist if you think you've experienced hypnagogia or hypnopompia, you probably have. besides, we are all different, so the symptoms of hypnagogia and hypnopomia will be different for everyone
literally so glad i found out about hypnopompia. Has been really eye opening for my journey in shifting!

THE HYPNAGOGIC STATE: A GUIDE
SIDE NOTES: ‣ An "anchor" is a means to remind yourself to maintain mental focus and lucidity. Gently attach your awareness to the something and allowing it to act as an "anchor".
‣ You will know when you have entered the hypnagogic state if you feel your awareness slipping from you/dozing off to unconscious sleep and you feel extremely drowsy, foggy, groggy - like you could just barely open your eyelids if you forced it and hard to think or form proper thoughts.
‣ It doesn’t matter whether you actually believe in your assumptions so continue to persist and don’t focus on the doubts.
As a shifter/manifestor, your only job is to select the reality and feel the peace.
Leave the heavy lifting, the physics, the timing, and the logistics to the universe.
The panic you feel? That is just your ego demanding proof and trying to figure out the "how." Once you start observing your emotions and thoughts very well, you understand that it is not you talking—it’s just your ego. And because you are the observer, you have all the power: you observe it, you realize you don’t like it, and you throw it away.
So read this phrase until it sinks into your bones:
"I am not suffering because I don't have it. I am at peace because I accept that I already do."
