With the bosses I have worked for, they have tracked and journaled my spankings. My spankings do improve my behavior. Women are very good at keeping track of things like this.
We do try to have two regular discussions about our marriage too. We talk about out various issues and problems in our marriage. If I know they are my own fault, then I have to nicely ask my wife to spank me. When my wife spanks me, my spankings make me cry and that way she knows they will change my behavior. But I have always trusted my wife's judgement, even when we were dating and she said I needed a spanking. I was spanked by my mother growing up so it was easy transition. My spankings show me that my wife cares about me. She wants me to be a better husband and a better man. In a way, I feel like I am still that naughty little boy but in a bigger body.
I am grateful my wife married me and we both feel that our marriage was meant to be. We are both Christians so we share the same beliefs and values plus we do have a deep connection and bond with each other. I feel my wife knows me better than I know myself. She always knows when I should confess or tell her something. I have to always be totally honest with her, even if it means I will be spanked.
